Isn't faking DID actually a symptom of being emotionally stunted? The person doesn't understand that humans are complex. So they cope with feeling happy/sad/angry/lustful/whatever by splitting each set of emotions into different "characters", each one having a fraction of a real personality. So it's easier to digest the emotions by segregating them.

Like making a cast of simple characters for a tween TV show so kids can easily pick out their favorite. Teen Titans and Animorphs come to mind.

(Not a doctor, just an idea that sounds good.)

That's really scary and heartbreaking at the same time. To think people like Autumn latch onto this condition as a way to seem unique, when in reality it deeply impacts your life and is borderline uncontrollable.

I literally just skipped around the whole video looking for differently angled shots and eyeshadow choices because 1.) the things she was saying were so cringeworthy I could barely get through them and b.) they all sounded almost exactly the same so that was the only way I could tell one apart from another. I think she might just have a case of perpetual crazy eyes, though.

Well, I think it's the "I'm mentally ill you guise" + Liberal + Trans* dynamic that tumblr is so fond of. Definitely a winning combination when it comes to lolcows. Maybe the Ego comes from her passing so well? Idk.

Seen this girl on Youtube before (first saw her a few months back). Poor performance. Nice to see she got a thread though.

Was your autumn trans too? I'm not sure how old she was when she transitioned, but judging by her facebook it would've been in 2010 or so.

And she has the gall to respond to critics with rants titled "Proof that DID exists" like, Bitch we're not denying the illness exists we're denying that you HAVE it.

she was trans? shit i forgot about that part. my autumn was a cis girl who had the exact same mannerisms as her and has the dead eyed look.

I'm trying to find more info on her because I'm genuinely curious; it seems she responds poorly to criticism based off of the backlash from her DID video, but I can't find anything more than those two threads. Did she STOP being a lunatic or is she just better at hiding it? Were those the ONLY two threads about her craziness? If not, where did the others go? Questions, questions.

Wish I could help with an answer, but I never looked up on her. Maybe I should have..
 
I'm also genuinely interested in learning more too. I seen her video a while ago and left a comment she was faking. The sexual alter made me feel pretty uncomfortable. Didn't she admit to rape? (I'm not watching that horror film again. Her eyebrows bother my soul). Can she get in some type of trouble for just blurting out she raped someone?
