git gud faggotMe never being able to beat the Ecco The Dolphin Sega Genesis game. That shit was way too hard.
Eh, I thought it gave visible feedback on the growth of your character. You noticed becoming faster and faster, with increases in Speed and Athlethics improving your tempo.Say what you will about Oblivion and Skyrim, but tying walking speed to a stat like in Morrowind is retarded.
If Bethesda won't let me use weapons in water, then at least allow me to electrify it. Like setting oil-spills on fire. The lack of underwater combat in Skyrim.

I found that to be a cool thing.
I had almost maxed both speed and athletics and moved comically fast. It was great in battle but honestly was too fast in most cases. I dunno, if I'm moving too fast it feels frantic. I spent a lot of time jumping down ramps in Vivec City...Sure, except the starting speed is so slow NPCs walk faster than you.
I wouldn't really call this one bullshit, but it annoys me when the player character has a noticeably slower or faster walking speed than NPCs do in a game where you have to follow people around on foot. I want to pay attention to what the other character is saying, not worry about juggling between walking and running to keep pace.
Makes me think of weapon or enemy spawning in loot-n-shoots like Borderlands or Fallout 4: a "legendary" has all the strength of wet cardboard, while a "common" enemy or weapon can be ridiculously OP.Randomly generated content. It's neat in a sandbox like Minecraft, but put it in something like a metroidvania like Chasm and it makes what could be a decent game a frustrating ordeal.
Recently picked up Yakuza Zero and it has a button you can hold to match pace with other characters, sovles this issue pretty well. Witcher 3 and RDR also had a feature like this.I wouldn't really call this one bullshit, but it annoys me when the player character has a noticeably slower or faster walking speed than NPCs do in a game where you have to follow people around on foot.
