While I had no care whatsoever for the She Hulk movie before, now I want Rousey to be the star just to make Bob mad. Ruining Marvel for Bob must be one of the worst things that could happen to him since it's one of the few things he takes honest pleasure in. But it would leave me torn between how much I despise Marvel and how much I despise Bob when it comes to getting a ticket or not.

Not directly related to Bob since his opinion on the matter obviously couldn't be more worthless, but depending on the context of that letter, Blasey Ford's own father being glad Kavanaugh was confirmed might be a really damning condemnation of her. He used to say he liked Man of Steel until it became popular to hate it and he used to pretend Spider-Man Homecoming was okay to try and not piss off the SJWs who liked the diverse cast until his hatred for anything not made by Sam Raimi became too strong to deny. As for Solo, for a long time he used to use it as a way to bash people who didn't like Episode 8 by trying to pretend they got exactly what they wanted in Solo and it was shit, so clearly they don't know what they want. Here's the thing that makes his "theme from Excalibur" remark so revealing: I'm not going to slam Bob for not being able to tell Verdi from Puccini from Mozart. That's just snobbery. But Carmina Burana (and specifically "O Fortuna") is one of the most referenced pieces of music ever. Check out the partial list on Wikipedia. Excalibur is one of the earlier pieces of media that popularized it, but it's been around since the 1930s. His ignorance that all these bits of film, tv shows, video games, wrestling intros, and God knows what else are derived from a common source wouldn't be so funny if he didn't pretend to be such a know-it-all.
