New England 28 Seattle 24
Where did the GOD=7_4 algorithm appear?
The Patriots scored 7 + 7 + 7 +7.
Quarterback Tom Brady threw 37 completions in 50 attempts for 74.0% and 328 yards.
You say this as if I'm claiming the numbers 7 and 4 didn't exist...
But this thing you're doing? This is your confirmation bias, we talked about this. Out of the literal hundreds of statistics that accumulate during a football game you are going to see the number 7 and the number 4. Considering a touchdown is worth 7, particularly in the score.
The reason it's biased is you consider Brady's 74% completion rate as evidence for your theory, but you don't consider his 81.1 QB Rating as evidence against your theory. Or his 6.3 yards per pass. Or his 2 for -3 rushes. Or his 2 interceptions. Or the fact that he was drafted 199th overall in the 6th round in 2000. Or that he has 3 letters in his first name and 5 letters in his last name. Or that this is his 6th Superbowl. Or that it's the 3rd time he's Superbowl MVP. Or that he's led the Patriots (8 Letters) to 6 AFC Championships.
First TD drive was 9 plays for 60 yards off an 11 yard pass to player #19.
Second was 8 plays for 80 yards capped off with a 22 yard pass to player #87.
Third was 9 for 68 with a 4 yard pass to player #80.
Fourth was 10 for 64 with a 3 yard pass to player #11.
And you consider this with the same weight against your theory as you do his completion rate? No, you don't. You don't even consider it at all. If any of those had your magic numbers then they're extremely significant. If they don't, they're no longer important. This is your confirmation bias.
