Update from TMZ ARTICLE: It appears Bam beat the shit out of Jesse because he yelled at him for pissing in the kitcken sink, threatened to put a bullet in his head and kill everyone in the house; Jesse + Phil + 2 women. Then ran off into the woods.

It appears that Bam is trying to become the real-life Slenderman, with the only difference being that he is very much far from being "Slender"

ETA: It’s “Castle Bam” but the parents don’t live far from there. Id guess Castle Bam is now owned by Ape and Phil, they either took over the mortgage or “bought it” from Bam. I know Ape was trying to rehab the place so it could be rented out for events or Airbnb but I think complaints from the neighbors sunk that idea. You got the feeling that the property was a money sink and they were trying to figure out a way to get it to earn some revenue out of it. Bam also owned a rental property in CA but I’ve haven’t seen any indication he’s stayed in it the last few years he’s hobo’ed around LA. I’d guess Ape and Phil took it on as a liability for Bam too.
Bam fucked any hope of making money off of that place when he decided to turn it into some kind of teenage boy's HIM museum and then abandon it. Unless they pay to completely remodel it and sell it, but even then the cost of that would be insane.

You can google it but there were stories about its remodel and rehab in 2018. Bam threw some huge party in it right before the renovations were to start and really pissed off all the neighbors. April dis clean up and revamped the house, while still keeping some of the Bam-centric stuff from the MTV era. There were some photos showing the house after some work was put in. She sunk a bunch of money into but the neighbors teamed up to stop her from being able to rent it out. After years of putting up with Bam’s nonsense they were not going to let it continued under rental or Airbnb auspices.

I do wonder if he returned to PA to try and live in the house. He might have run out of options in LA so figured he’d go back to his castle. Unless the house has been used or occupied by Jess I figure it’s not in very habitable condition.

I wasn't aware of the remodel. I know he once mentioned moving back but it was hard to live there since it was quiet and empty. Makes sense, it's like if you had to move back into the place you lived in when you were 20 only you're 40 and you're just reminded all the time about how 'fun' things were before.

What a cringe mcmansion.

Only because he's a retard. With his money he could have transformed that house into an awesome place to live for his family, but he didn't want that, he wanted it to remain forever 2002. He didn’t want to sell it, he didn’t want to live in it and he didn’t want to change it. He just decided to move and leave it to rot rather than make an adult decision. So his mom tried to tidy it up, put in some new lighting and upholstery, but kept the terrible teenage metal head dream mansion style and milk his glory days. Her hope was it would at least offset the taxes and basic upkeep if they could rent it out on Airbnb.

I don't think there were enough old fans out there interested in renting out the house to keep in the red for more than a year or two. It would appeal to a demographic that would only be interested in renting it to have hellacious parties anyway, which is terrible for a rental space surrounded by rich neighbors who want peace and quiet.

The house was listed on the market last year, not sure if it still is. The hilarious part is they use. photos from the house pre-Bam, how it looked in 2004 right before he bought it.
It went from French Prov country cringe to teenage goth metal head cringe. This house has been cursed with two owners with terrible taste but anything is better than living in a house that was decorated by a nu-metal goth boy in 2005.

A million five to live in the home of a gen x goth faggot who probably shit, pissed and came everywhere.

Holy shit, is that actually a framed picture of HIM?
Looks like two pictures. One over the fireplace and one above the steps to the pirate bar.

You're not out of line for wishing the worst on a person who keeps large glamour shots of themselves in their house on display.
HIM was an emo metal band that was moderately popular in the mid 2000s. The framed pictures he has up are of the band. That's also where the pentagram/heart mashup comes from. It was their band logo and Bam got it tattooed on his body at least once.
