I would assume it's not so much the cookie but rather the price; I think they're what, 3 for 1$? Bitch goes deal hunting and demands fresh cookies be ready for her arrival.

As you can see in said video, the thing you need to know about Brandy, besides her massive ego, is her obsession with McDonald's cookies, as well as her constant abuse of fast food employees (and anyone else who doesn't give her what she wants when she wants it). After the McDonald's video went viral, she made a followup video where she defends her actions, brags about her newfound "fame", and attempts to "call out" the McDonald's employees who made her wait a few minutes for cookies.

Note how she seems to think Ronald McDonald is a real person ("Tag dat nigga!"), and threatens to report the employees to him. She also mentions living across the street from that particular McDonald's, and constantly monitors the employees to make sure that they're doing their jobs (i.e., making her cookies).
But Ms. Wooten's batshit insanity does not end with McDonald's cookies. On her YouTube channel, you'll find countless videos she has made that highlight her craziness. Here's one where she harasses a "racist" white woman who banned her from a swimming pool.

Check out that shirt she's wearing; I don't think she knows the difference between "famous" and "infamous". Oh yeah, and she thinks she's getting her own TV show.:roll: But my favorite part is how having lupus somehow justifies throwing a tantrum and harassing fast food employees over cookies. She even admits to assaulting her boyfriend because he wouldn't buy her cookies. What a fucking psycho.
 
The sad thing is that she's pretty much the norm for a lot of fast food customers. Some of the rudest people you'll ever have to be polite to.

In the hate mail video, she says something about eating cookies after getting blood work done, but beyond that, I have no idea. Maybe she's just such a narcissist that she can only eat things that look like her.
 
Somehow she'd be far less crazy if she simply sperged about the Cookie Monster while in costume. At least then she wouldn't show the world what Mental Lupus Face looks like.

Unfortunately tarding out is associated with lupus getting worse so she is probably taking quite a few years off her life by acting like this
