It's kind of funny that they didn't understand the mindset of hobos. Granted, it's CHAZ, but it's still what we'd expect from these people.

Families of those killed or shot at CHAZ have been filling lawsuits against the city, the latest being for the 16 year old that was gunned down by CHAZ security. This still makes me mad years later - two teenagers shot up by paranoid, trigger happy "guards" at CHAZ, one of them killed the other injured, all evidence cleaned up and none of these freedom fighters willing to take responsibility or step up to bring those responsible to justice because that would involve talking to the cops. None of these idiots recognize the irony in filling two young Black teenagers full of bullet holes and then covering up all the evidence in the middle of BLM's 2020 spotlight. That this happened and didn't spark major headlines during the height of outrage over preventable Black deaths at the hands of those charged with policing still shocks me. Such grim irony, and the best the family can hope for is Seattle taxpayers paying out.

But our old friend Raz Simone is also called out in the suit, so even though he's not going to jail for handing out rifles like candy two summers ago, maybe he'll have to pay some cash.

This calls for one of those chad dog v. whimpering pussy dog memes comparing them to previous journalists. Like Veronica Guerin who covered drug lords despite drug lords saying they would kill her, and her response was fuck you, and covering them even more. And then they killed her.

A lot of their special investigations units had to be cut just to meet the demands of answering 911 calls, and that's currently where the majority of the city's policing resources are being focused. Due to slow response times and short handed investigators, violent crime has spiked.

The state is working to keep it off the radar for investigatory reasons, but there's a serial killer in Seattle right now. I don't have any news sources tying everything together due to the media blackout, but locals are spreading the info through word of mouth. 5-6 women in their 30s have been found killed and posed in the same way in the Seattle area somewhat recently. The timeline of when the bodies were found and how they're connected haven't been made public yet. Almost all the women in my friend groups are around the target age so a lot of people are sweating it pretty hard.

I remember that in June 2020, 2 or 3 teens found a suitcase with body parts and later it was said in the news that several bags were found.

I have to say it's so fucking surreal that any of this happened. 2020 feels like a fever induced nightmare not something that actually happened. Think about this the mayor of Seattle knew about and ALLOWED several blocks of the city to become violent lawless areas cops weren't supposed to control. People were shot and killed because they allowed this. People died because of this. This happened in two major cities and was allowed to happen because the political pressure from people angry over a dead fentanyl addict was too much for local government.

Edit: I also forgot a black teenager was wrongfully shot to death by these same people who nonstop preach black lives matter. The fucking irony man.
