He said it with a tone of recognition indicating that the guy is definitely been flagged as a problematic inmate by all the guards. Probably in the SHU right now. If they want to be really mean to him they'll throw him in the block. He will be repeatedly beaten in county.

Although Chris does strike me as someone who would potentially be a trouble inmate, not because he'd try to rebel but because he'd keep insisting for special treatment for various reasons. Considering this is Chris's second 'on record' offence, combined with all the minor misdemeanors involving him that the police have been called on and depending on how he acts in custody, I'm getting the feeling they won't be very lenient with him, I think mandatory therapy and institutionalization might definitely be on the cards.

Chris was a water boy for an all-black basketball team and used to play Yu-Gi-Oh cards with some black boys, so it's not like he hasn't previously interacted with black people. God damn you guys this thread got long fast. It took me hours to get through all 40 pages wading through shouts of "OMG Chris!" in various guises trying to pick out the actual facts. Here's my thoughts:

1. Based on current info I'm not sure the scene in Gamestop with the pepper spray will be Chris's main issue. The trespassing and (probably) resisting arrest will be a bigger deal. I can't imagine he went quietly based on his previous accounts and we still have no idea what he did in the Sears before he left. Based on the pepper spray incident alone I didn't expect Chris to actually get given jail time (although my opinion is based on the leniency of UK district judges) simply because I think any judge with a hint of sense would see that there is no fixing Chris with jail time. Community service, fines, and psychiatric help are all far more viable options for a slow-in-da-mind. Besides, if Chris started giving his own testimony in court and the judge realised just how batshit he was, it would be the mitigating factor of the century that he really does have all the mental processing power of a 3 year old and cannot be corrected by usual means. I sense that my view will change given that there are likely to be a number of different charges brought.

2. Kind of shocked that there are people who still come out of the woodwork at these sorts of times and wish that Chris is given hard labour because they think it will fix him. Lol, just lol. There ain't no fixing this. It cannot learn, it cannot be reasoned with. Short of psychiatric care, there is nothing else that can be done to effect a change in Chris. It's time to face the truth.

I will sign off saying I hope no more weens trouble the Gamestop employees or the local jails. They've probably got a hell of a lot on at this time of year and they won't have time to relay their account of events personally to every 12 year old idiot that calls pretending to be CWC's sister. More details will clearly be released without our intervention. Stop hassling innocent bystanders.

In my experience, black students generally leave crazy looking white people alone on the off chance they decide to shoot up their school. Keep in mind Columbine happened a year before Chris graduated.

Given his SJW leanings I could see him being less OVERTLY racist but the emails between him and Colin lead me to believe hes still racist inside. After all, with the exception of dressing like a woman when has Chris EVER changed his point of view on something?

...When I went to bed, this thread had 24 pages in it. Alright, lemme address a few things that I've wanted to get through the thread to make sure I wouldn't be repeating stuff.

1) Probation: Chris was sentenced to 1 year of Probation in 2012. It is long since up, and the only reason Chris might think otherwise is he's fucking idiot. His previous criminal record might be used against him in court, but he's not violating probation.

2) The idea that Chris gets up to crazy shit we don't know about: (This was brought up by someone like 10 pages ago). Obviously. Marvin has said as much on a couple of occasions.

3) Insanity defense: Both my parents have law degrees (my dad practices, still no details) and I can tell you that insanity is an INCREDIBLY hard thing to plea, unless you're shooting a gay San Fransico Mayor after eating Twinkies (heh, law humor). Jeffery Dahmer tried to plea insanity, and it didn't fly, so Chris has a snowball's chance in hell of pleading it.

4) Rob Bell: Charb blew through the stuff they got from Bob to pay for Bell, they cannot afford him again. If they're lucky they'll get a public defender.

5) Pepper spray? Mace? Perfume?: It's been confirmed by a couple of sources that it's pepper spray. At this point it doesn't matter, it is legally assault no matter what, and what exactly it was is semantics.

6) Calling the GameStop/Police/Jail: Check to see if someone has done it already. Spoiler alert, they have. If they have, you don't need to. If you have any doubt about whether you need to call someone (even the tiniest bit of doubt) don't do it. In fact, don't do it in general.
