Ok now that I've actually woken up, gone to work, and come back. These injuries look worse than they are on their own, but long term adding up the risk of infection is hilariously high, and if she actually does this often, she'd need regular visits to the ER to keep from going all gangrenous and gross, which makes me question why she hasn't been involuntarily committed because this actually does meet the criteria where I'm from.
I'm just an EMT, not a doctor, but the injuries do look somewhat convincing. If this is real, she probably has considerably impaired sensory, motor, and muscle function due to the soft tissue damage she keeps causing herself, muscle heals funny after you slice it up and you never quite get all the strength back the way you want.
