I'm inclined to agree that there's a degree of fakery at work here. Your leg is not pure fatty tissue down to the bone. Where's the muscle? Not to mention that slicing clean through that portion of your body without major reconstructive surgery would completely destroy your ability to walk.

I forgot to put that in but exactly, that should be dark muscle, not fatty tissue. I remember what my thigh looked like when it was cut open and it was basically like the meat you'd see on an uncooked roast. I'm not sure if it's shooped or special effects or shooped special effects but that is definitely not a real thigh wound.

The pictures with the blood and bone and tendon are definitely not fake. I have no idea if they're the result of accidents or self harm or what, but they are all very correct in terms of anatomy and the texture of the blood, bone and flesh. I've eaten through autopsies a few times but I could barely stomach those pictures, knowing someone was conscious and potentially did it intentionally to themselves. Drugs were definitely involved or they would have passed out from pain and shock.

I looked into it and I very much doubt it. The only thing I could find that isn't just reposts of her gore pictures and a bunch of triggered faggots saying "waaauh wat is this?" is here (Russian) and includes quotes that allegedly came from her.

Whoever she is (or was) I don't think we'll be able to track her down.

Yeah, i think it might be hard, isn't there some kind of archive of her blog or wasn't 4chan able to find out more about her? At least her birthdate or location? Im looking through reddit and 4chan archives now for clues.

I previously found someone on that selfharm board who might have been her, but i'm not that sure anymore.
The girl on the Board stated that she has been clean for 3 years in 2008 and i dont know, her description just didnt fitted a hardcore cutter like CIMH, even if the postings ranged from 2004-2008.

nah, there isnt anything confirmed. this guy a few pages back said he had it confirmed that shes dead, but couldnt show us any reliable proof

The only thing coming close to a confirmation is this (kind of questionable) ask here on her ex-boyfriends blog (again, we dont know if its him for real, but i think its safe to assume) and the latest ask he received in german, which i translated earlier (archive)

Yeah, I think Morgellons was linked to meth users. Apparently, using a drug that's cooked up using industrial chemicals in people's sheds in the backwoods has a detrimental effect on one's mental faculties. Who knew?

Morgellons was originally thought up by a mother who thought that her kids skin was full of long black threads or fibers and is listed as a hysterical condition by the CDC. Originally the theorised condition had nothing to do with meth use and the meth side effect known to cause the sensation of bugs crawling on skin is actually known as formicosis and is also a known side effect of various legitimate pharmaceuticals. Formicosis usually results in skin picking however, this sort of cutting would seem to suggest a more complicated diagnosis than just meth use.
