Context:
Pxie is suing Destiny for allegedly sharing a homemade NSFW video of them together without her consent. Destiny denies this, claims consent was well understood between them and she knew he was sharing the video.
**Yesterday** the first court hearing about the case took place to decide a matter and Pxie & Destiny had to testify under oath and were questioned by their attorneys and the judge.
According to Destiny, Pxie told the judge that **she shared all 3 NSFW videos her and Destiny made together with her ex-boyfriend** without Destiny's consent and without telling him about it. He learned about it yesterday during the hearing for the first time.
Remember this was in court and under oath, so no meme Twitter tier cringe arguments, she said this in court...
If this happened, Destiny will get the transcript tomorrow or early next week, Pxie admitted in court under oath to doing EXACTLY what she is accusing Destiny of doing, only worse because she shared all 3 of their videos and not just the 1 she accuses Destiny of sharing.
The judge also pointed out unprompted that there seemed to be a situation of implied consent going on after hearing the details of the situation, which supports Destiny's side immensely.
I highly recommend following the case, Pxie and her legal team are behaving in a absolutely disgusting manner and have done a lot of unhinged shit, for example: not censoring identifying information of **their own witnesses** who they added to the case under seal(without the public getting to see their legal name and address etc. to protect their identity), adding links to their filings of other revenge porn of Destiny & Melina(Destiny's ex-wife) and other women which was leaked by the hacker,....
