The Global Fellowship of Confessing Anglicans (GAFCON)—an association of conservative Anglican churches which comprises 85% of attendees of the Anglican Communion in the tens of millions and mainly based in Africa—has reorganized most of the Anglican Communion into the Global Anglican Communion (GAC) as a separate jurisdiction in response to Mullaly's ordination. In addition, GAFCON declared that any church belonging to GAC must break communion or unity with any Anglican church that is too liberal like the Episcopal Church (USA) and/or is in union with the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Church of England. Anglican churches under GAC cannot collaborate in anything that acknowledges the authority of the Church of England or the Archbishop of Canterbury.

Therefore, the Anglican Communion has split into two separate communions (oxymoron) via schism based on the recognition of authority of the Church of England and the Archbishop of Canterbury: the conservative GAC and the liberal Anglican Communion. GAC is currently finding an archbishopric that will replace the Church of England and the Archbishop of Canterbury to become the "first among equals," a.k.a. the leader of the GAC and thus conservative Anglicanism. Meanwhile, the seat of the Archbishop of Canterbury is currently vacant as Mullaly would be installed as the 106th Archbishop in March 2026, of which the date would coincide with the GAFCON conference in Abuja, Nigeria to finalize and celebrate the creation of the GAC.

BossmanJack's arrest report has been acquired. In it, the arresting officer reports having encountered him cracked the fuck out, and upon conducting a search finding both cocaine and the spoon he used to cook crack with.
On October 2, 2025, at approximately 2205 hours, I responded to 111 Marymount Circle in Troy, Virginia, located in Louisa County, regarding a report involving an individual identified as Austin Peterson. The caller advised that Mr. Peterson was actively live streaming on the platform “Twitch” and had made comments suggesting that someone was delivering “crack” to him.
Upon arrival, I made contact with Mr. Peterson at the front door of the residence. Upon initial contact, Mr. Peterson exhibited signs of being under the influence: he was extremely energetic, made continual furtive movements, and displayed fluctuating behavior, shifting from calm to agitated and frantic.

I was previously familiar with Mr. Peterson from a prior law enforcement encounter on May 23, 2025, during which I confirmed he was subject to a Fourth Amendment waiver. I mentioned the waiver during our contact, and Mr. Peterson acknowledged it was still in effect.

When questioned, Mr. Peterson initially denied possessing any narcotics. However, after I referenced both his observed behavior and statements made during the livestream, Mr. Peterson admitted to having “drugs” inside the residence. At approximately 2210 hours, I detained Mr. Peterson.

A search of Mr. Peterson’s bedroom was conducted. On a dresser next to his bed, I located a silver spoon containing a white waxy substance and burnt residue consistent with drug use. Next to the spoon, I found a clear plastic bag containing a white powdery substance. These items were collected and secured in my patrol vehicle as evidence.

At approximately 2229 hours, I read Mr. Peterson his Miranda Warning. Post-Miranda, Mr. Peterson admitted that the substance found in his room was cocaine.

Based on the totality of the circumstances, I am seeking a charge of Simple Possession of a Controlled Substance under Virginia Code 18.2-250.
