Nah, it's probably simpler than that. Like you mentioned, the only views this thing is going to get is from morbid curiosity at this point. Having anything juicy in it was likely never a factor either. The real reason sony probably doesn't give a shit? If the episode was already done, pulling it at this point(or even a month ago) would just cost sony more money re-negotiating whatever the deal with amazon was.The only ones interested in any of this show besides the Concord episode is the journalist caste, ergo the Concord episode is quite literally the only thing keeping this abortion of a show within the discourse. There's a huge cohort of people who are only interested because of its failure. I'm actually surprised Sony hasn't strongarmed him into burying it, leading me to guess that it's going to be completely sanitized of anything juicy and won't tread any new ground.
