Homemade as opposed to going to a bar, ordering the drinks, and taking them home before you drink them? Is storebought margaritas a thing in the states?

There are mixers as Corypheus pointed out. Also you can buy premade stuff in bottles or cans. Budweiser has a tallcan line of them here. It's drinkable if it's really cold, but it's basically a sugary malt liquor.

To you non drinkers:. This mixers aren't much more than sugar, sour mix, and artificial lime flavor. It's like kool-aid you mix with tequila.

Some states actually allow "drive through margarita" and daquiri establishments. Meaning you can just go to their drive thru, buy whatever amount you want and get it in a container.

You can't drink it while driving though, that's why only some states have it.

Triple Sec (or Cointreau/Gran Mariner if you're a hipster)

Cointreau is actually the "official" ingredient. Triple sec is usually cheaper and I think has a lot more sugar.

Good god no. If I'm going to put in the time and effort to make meatballs and sauce, I'm going to actually make them properly.

As an experiment it would be kind of interesting.

I was bored the other day and watching videos for industrial cooking appliances where they make sauce for like 50 or 100 people at a time. I'm pretty sure the amount of sugar they added was only slightly more than the amount DSP added.

I know we don't have exact measurements but has anyone ever dare try to reproduce it to see how shit his sauce is?

Keep in mind during the stream where he was making his latest batch he revealed that every half-hour when he goes back to stir it he stated that when he stirs it he also tastes it and adds garlic salt until he thinks it tastes "right"; so his recipe is what he states in his 'authentic Italian sauce' video plus up to a possible 6 additional dumpings of garlic salt.

Edit: His exact recipe with amounts is posted in this thread. I'll pray for you if you actually watch those videos, or try to follow his recipe. It's basically greasy tomato water + garlic salt & refined sugar.

Yeah no, thats not a pasta sauce

Phil, if you want some honest and authentic Italian sauce, hit me up.

That's just so lazy.

Sometimes you just want a fucking drink and not sitting around cutting up limes and trying to pretend you're a bartender while you fiddle around with jiggler cups and bullshit.

However, if you were going to buy a premade mixer I'm sure you'd be able to find one which is actually freshly made rather than a bottled version.

Using premade stuff isn't a crime against humanity in absolutely all circumstances.

Having watched the instant noodle video of Phil's I don't think he is actually capable of making a drink like this. Kat seems to have some cooking prowess and its not impossible that she made a margarita.
