Ah good in his latest video he says he is going to appeal the judgement, either a good precedent is set or we get to witness just how far this craziness goes up the courts depending on how this appeal goes.

He really likes to surprise the hell out of his girlfriend.

I'm right after-all. He's fighting this on principle. Is this getting discussed alot in the UK? Seems like only Pulitzer/Hearst tier garbage is giving this any attention?

Not particularly. Windrush, Corbachev getting reamed by the Jews and the new royal spawn has been dominating the news

People who know about it are talking about it but the MSM is keeping fairly hush hush about it with only short articles talking about the £800 fine and that the joke was antisemitic.

BBC radio this morning was dominated by an apology from The Times over misrepresenting some Kebab lovers in local government.
Disingenuously they kept claiming the "story/article" was found to be misleading. In fact the vast majority of the article was factually correct and extremely embarrassing for the local government department involved (if they were able to feel shame), it was just a small detail in a follow up article that the Times had misrepresented.

Tower Hamlets is practically its own lolcow by now.

I think it’s a brilliant move on his part. Now the U.K. government has to prosecute him for giving money to sick kids. I know they’ll do it, but it won’t look good for them.

It'll be funny seeing them tard-rage themselves into that corner, because they're not going to be able to see past "oi m8 that fuckin wanka didn' pay his foine" to realize they can just bullshit around it by trying to say that it's considered paid.

They will probably now say this tweet is "offensive".

OI YOU WANKAH, WHERE'S YOR WA'UH PISTUL LOISCENSE?

Just an update, Dankula is refusing to pay the 800 pound fine. He donated it to a children’s hospital instead.

Donating to a children's hospital right after that Alfie kid died, and all the drama behind his case. Perfect timing to make the government prosecuting him look like even bigger unforgivable cunts. Wonder if he was gonna donate to the hospital beforehand, or if he saw the opportunity and took it.

If our government cared about looking pathetic in front of the world they wouldn't have arrested dankula in the first place.

EDIT: Wrote something that made no sense and couldn't figure out how to rephrase it.

And in Canada a couple had to pay 50,000 CND for saying the wrong kinds of insults.

I kind of hate when Canadians try to comment on United States law and judicial system, maybe because they always seem so aggravatingly smug about it even when it's obvious their only familiarity with US laws is television and headlines on the internet.

Not only are there laws regarding defamation in the form of slander and libel, but harassment is also covered with both civil and criminal harassment laws in a state by state basis. The limitations of those laws stem from being able to provide credible evidence that the alleged defamation was damaging to you, or that the harassment served as a real threat to your well being so not every schmuck who yells "LOL FAGS" from his car window is gonna get thrown in prison or fined.

Yet Carol doesn't see how removing those specifications would be a rather dangerous slippery slope to bullshit wastes of resources and trials like Dankula. No wonder Canada's cucked.
