I've been to several and zero offers a padded cell. It is not a mental institution. It's a prison of jail. They simply do not and will not and cannot fund a fucking specialized care program like padded cells.

What they do have, you immense fucking retard, are chairs. They strap you in a chair.

I’ve seen several modern prisons that have padded small padded cells for at risk inmates. Granted they are less common over here in the states from what I can tell but they definitely aren’t so uncommon as they once were.

The only other time I can recall is when he may or may not have gotten into a scuffle with another kid in high school because they were both trying to get off the bus first, but his story about that incident changed every time he told it, so odds are he exaggerated the whole thing, if it ever even happened.

If Chris doesn't die or have a nervous breakdown in jail, it'll probably be good for him. Outside of getting an idea of what his Mom experienced and having to wash his celly's underwear and take a bit of dick from time to time in order to survive, he will be forced into an environment where he has to live without his vices and take accountability for his actions there, live in a routine not controlled by him, have nobody stand for his bullshit with violent discipline, forced to learn reasonably appropriate social rules, probably lose some weight and have to be an adult with a strict regiment. There will be authoritarians and other inmates who will be the biggest influence on him. If he joined a white supremacist gang, it would likely be a step up for him. I highly doubt he'll be his own fanfic goddess if he spends a few years there.

Chris has many violent fantasies and violent tendencies, but he's only acted violently when he's had a relatively safe opportunity to get away with it. Like how he pepper sprayed that GameStop employee as he was walking out, or how he almost hit Snyder with his car, or how he waited until Barb was in the throes of dementia to rape her. He wants to commit violence on a regular basis but he will only give it a shot if he thinks he can get away with it without retaliation.

Powerlevel: A relative of mine was recently released from prison after 20+ years for murder. While talking to them for the first time in that duration, he told me sex offenders are KOS, Kill On Sight to gang members looking to prove their worth to whatever affiliation they have.

I actually think Chris looks fairly happy in his arrest video and booking photos because he’s finally getting IRL attention and interaction with people that aren’t his demented mother. Chris has been sequestered with Barb for so long that he started fucking her.

Before covid Chris was going out to events, doing ghost hunting tours, therapy visits, etc…He was getting IRL interaction with people other than his rapidly mentally declining mother. Covid stopped all of that and left him with only Barb and his merge fantasy world 24/7.

I think I’d chose prison over being stuck in a dirty hoard house alone with dementia patient in diapers. Reality is going to hit Chris soon, if not already, but I think being around other ppl and weaving it all into his merge fantasy elevated his mood for a few days. Maybe telling people about fucking his mom was his subconscious way of escaping the entire situation.

He’s finally escaped on prison for another, but at least it’s a change of scenery and others are now taking care of everything for him.

Could claiming he was too retarded to understand what his miranda rights were be a credible defense to throw out any information obtained from a police interview? Is there any speical handling proceedures like there are with minors where parents or guardians must be present before an interview proceeds?
