CWC moved to Central Virginia Regional Jail

anyone know if chris has to be present tomorrow for his lawyer to enter a plea?
He may not be physically in the courtroom. Its not uncommon for a lot of this to be done as a video conference between the jail and courtroom especially if it is more or less understood that a plea deal is being taken. And hopefully it wont be a continuance. They usually want to churn out the plea deals quickly rather than drag out the cost to the state.

They had their own table- it was called the Tard Table- that they knew they had to sit at and they spent the day with colouring books and crayons and watching daytime tv with the sound off.
Its the same in the US too. He and the other tards will have their own corner. Most of the people in Jail (not prison) just wanna keep their nose clean and get out. Not worth getting extra time for fucking a tard. Usually one or two of the inmates even appoint themselves as tard wranglers to prevent the tards from causing trouble for the rest of the pod by having out bursts or temper tantrums.

Unless Chris lawyered up immediately I would not be surprised if law enforcement got a lot of information out of him. I have watched a lot of TCAP interrogations and the perps tended to talk a lot if they either were arrogant or stupid. Jim Rauch is a prime example, he spent like 2 hours just blabbing his whole life story as if any of it would change his position. Arrogant idiots like Chris are especially likely to take the bait of believing the cops are just their friend having a chat with them and they aren't in any real trouble at the time.

RE: TCAP interviews.

I've always thought the arrogance and stupidity was born from this hilarious attempt to put off going to booking and lockup. Like--it isn't going away. They're booking your ass and you're sitting in a bullpen for hours before taking the trip upstairs any fucking way, but I swear they all start blubbering and running off at the mouth Lorne Armstrong style because they dead ass think this is somehow going to delay things indefinitely.

Jim Rauch's phone call on his way up there was very memorable to me. He sits there getting incredibly detailed directions from her and constantly intersperses the conversation with 'When I get there, I AM GOING TO FUCK YOU'. He'll slip into not believing she's real and moments later declare he is in fact going to fuck her once more.

Yeah, I can't say for sure if it's true of all of them since not all interrogations were released, but many of the ones I saw these fuckers go on forever. Lorne should have shut up immediately but at least he asks for a lawyer in under 15 minutes. Pretty sure Dustin McPhetridge went on for at least an hour trying to spin some sympathetic yarn. I wish I could have seen John Kennelly's interview, I wonder if he tried for hours to convince the cops that he just came to get something to eat.

Pretty sure Jim was drunk during the interrogation, in which case he was during the phone call too.

I will put up a bounty on the integration footage once this is over, hopefully it is released to the public.

Considering his status and the matter of the case will not be surprised if this is never public record, however I am unsure how the police radio chatter from the Gamestop incident became on the public domain so maybe there is a chance. I know police radios are public but if this was an offical release (which I doubt), maybe we'll get the footage.
Can't wait for a JCS style interrogation break down.

Chris could be forced to interact with the slow in da minds he so disdains.

All they'd have to do is get a female officer in front of him to act a little flirty and I'm sure he'd spill everything, from Fanta to doggin his madre

I wonder if she'd need therapy after

The only way Chris didn't tell the cops everything is if he lawyered up. It's possible that someone told Chris that you should ask for a lawyer during one of the previous legal escapades, but I doubt that Chris listened. If the interrogators weren't able to manipulate the most pliable person in the universe to talk, then they should lose their jobs.

The fact that he wasn’t assigned public legal council until several days later says he didn’t immediately lawyer up.

So has there been any word on How Chris is doing in there? Curious now that Chris has been there for about a month if it sunk in how screwed Chris is.
Sadly there's no one to witness his reactions to the withdrawal symptoms from his toys and vidya collection.

For him I wouldn't be surprised if it's virtually the equivalent of a junkie or alcoholic going to jail and having to forcibly withdrawal from whatever their drugs of choice are. Though if he's housed in general population I think he'll be wise to not throw temper tantrums over it and expect the other inmates to gently coddle him like so many others have done.
