Cyberpunk 2077 Grieving Thread

So all that Gaming Community circlejerk about CD Projekkkt RED not "being like EA and other devs" was totally wrong, how could anyone have guessed? Companies exist to make moneyyyyy....

YongYea looking like a prime clown tard now.
He sounds really disappointed in the new videos about Dildopunk 1945. I used to like him but then he got obsessed with this game and I stopped watching. Looks like he finally realized that worshipping CPR was a bad idea.

Has anyone attempted the races? I can't imagine doing that in this game as that would be pure fucking misery.

Also, you have to remember, this is their second AAA title outside of 'The Witcher 3'. And 'The Witcher 3' exploded beyond their expectations. So everyone wondering why people are giving it a pass or being more lenient is because of this. Ubisoft, EA and Rockstar have been at the AAA game for a VERY long time. CD Projekt Red doesn't have all that much AAA experience under their belts.
Anyone who was thinking this game was going to be GTA VI in the future is probably a lolcow themselves. I can't think of one RPG in my experience that had pedestrian AI that wasn't shite and they clearly did not play Witcher 3 because pedestrians were either statics or wandering NPCs. Also anyone who says the pedestrian AI completely destroys the game for them is being way overdramatic. Yes it could be way better but it's not a permanently broken system.

AI is complicated, I get it, but if they put as much effort into AI as they do making sure nobody is offended then the AI would probably be discussing philosophy with you.

More like he realized he was on the wrong side, then quickly swapped over so he didn't lose any subs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rjzCu1rpvew Watch the intro, ''Blew me away! had so much substance" what a slimy jewgook.

Who are these people that actually care so much about marketing? Anyways, it doesnt matter because for all the crying these people do they will still buy the game at launch day like good coomsumers.
200+ pages of shitting on the game and everyone is posting their download time remaining after buying it

I know it's two old posts but came across them one after the other from the "similar threads" menu and thought it was funny enough to share.

I'm definitely glad I didn't buy it because I knew it was going to be shit, but holy crap I didn't expect "it's over 100 gigs at launch" to be one of it's issues.

The police spawning in out of nowhere reeks of some idiot managerial/stock decision so it 'feels' like GTA to the normies so they buy it. Its completely unacceptable in terms of mechanics or lore.

Commit multiple incidences of first degree murder in broad daylight on a crowded metropolitan street in a rich neighborhood because you're employed as a contract killer with a heavy machinegun, illegal cybernetic implants and highly lethal cybersoft that can fry a person's brain and force their implants to emit toxic chemicals that are transmissible in the air? Fine!

Accidentally ram a fat hobo with a van at 5 AM on a desolate waterfront in the worst neighborhood in the city? WE'RE SENDING 50 TACTICAL DRONES AND 200 OFFICERS FOR THIS SENSELESS LOSS OF LIFE!

It is so retarded that someone had to have seen this but it was overriden by some idiotic middle manager type worried about stock numbers. There's no way anyone can look at this and got 'this is acceptable and doesn't break immersion or will look horribly incompetent'. It is there because they wanted a GTA system for idiots and by God, they would have one, no matter how fucking stupid it was.

Don't forget they were gushing over the fact that ''If you were to kill someone in a shit neighbourhood, cops won't come." Another thing i've found out is that if you stand in front of a cop on the street, he'll agro for no reason. This game is giving me dead island vibes,

Would you guys recommend it
Aside from the glitches, poor optimization and etc- on the basis of gameplay alone its a hard no.

It is summed up pretty well in any of the "lifepaths" which are just sub 20 minute segments in the beginning that turn into a fucking montage time skip to 6 months later into some of the most bland gameplay of this generation.
