If you're a glutton for punishment, check out Dan masturbating and orgasming loudly on camera (but in total blackness with the lights out, thank God) at 1:46:15 in the January 2, 2017 vlog. Several minutes prior to that is him "stroking his dick" and talking about masturbating. While he's reaching climax, he's talking about rice and beans. Jesus, no wonder he was arrested the afternoon after he made this video.

I'm probably just getting desensitized to Dan, but I was expecting something way worse.
 
I'm more intrigued by the "Holiday Home" magazine. They're on the mattress by Kim 1:23 or so in, and they DO seem like the sort of thing a schizophrenic Asian immigrant living on Skid Row would read... but then Dan uses the frickin cover image as a still slide!

I was surprised to not hear about the lice for a while (I thought maybe he got rid of it) but then in the Jan 2 video Dan was scratching his hair a lot and mentioned he probably still had it. He doesn't treat it like it's a big deal. So, if a woman does get seduced by Dan she may end up with a double whammy of bruised arms and lice. :P

Weedle, I usually agree with you, but if you think the dirty woman, missing teeth, sitting on floor in a pile of garbage at 1:26 of the January 1st video looks good, well...for everyone who is curious about Kim, we finally get a video where the camera is focused on her for long periods of time (is she drunk and that's why she allowed it? with no audio I can't tell). Better than Dan jerking off or talking about fingering 6-year-olds I guess.

Dan doesn't drink. He said in the January 2 vlog that Kim only drinks on the first of every month when she gets her check. Probably hits her up for cash when she's a drunken mess.

She was very drunk in the New Year's Eve video (last half of the whole video), screaming along to music. Dan said she "got her money early" because of the holiday and that he got money ($137?) from her to pay his rent for the month. Sort of got overshadowed in the whole "fingering kids" conversation but it was in there somewhere.

I wonder if he told anyone at the jail that he had lice. They might be having a fun infestation now thanks to him.
 
New video from Jan 4

Cilley jumps right into talking about the arrest in great detail.

Charge was "Annoying a Minor." Dan doesn't know which minor he annoyed, nor does he seem to have any idea of the status of his legal case.

He says he's never been arrested before. He told the officer who tried to interrogate him that he (Cilley) moved to L.A. because a dating strategies book told him L.A. was the center of the universe for beautiful women, then he diverged into a long spiel about... HEALTHY EATING. One imagines the cops were taking careful notes on his food advice.

The cops talked to him about the best place to go to fuck minors. One officer said Thailand was better than the Philippines and Dan told him he was wrong.

Dan didn't think the jail food was very good and demanded a veggie meal, which got him a microwaved meal of elbow mac&cheese and carrots and broccoli.

Around 17:15 he gets philosophical and concludes at 18 minutes that talking to girls underage is not worth the legal risk, and then at 18:30 says talking to girls at all on the street, with or without the camera, isn't worth it! at 20:45 he says he knows he shouldn't follow girls... he claims his days of bothering women on the street, "at least around here," are over.

He explained to the police officers that bad diet and media overstimulation meant women didn't need men anymore. Then he segues back into a bunch of dietary shit and at 36:36 he stops talking, says "alright" and the audio and video end and the rest of the video is silent blackness.

I couldn't wrap my head around why he said those things and didn't make the connection about those being oxymoron statements. But it does lead me to think that he hated it because he had to spend hours feeling lonely, but enjoyed it because other human beings were forced to have social contact with him and acknowledged him, which must over joy him since he gets so pissy over passerbys not looking at him.

I don't know how it works entirely either, but I don't believe there is enough "evidence" to investigate for him to be prosecuted. I also wonder who and how people who have complained about him have been able to get the cops to accurately ID him. I get that he's notorious in the DTLA area, but I hardly ever hear him mention his first name to people, let alone full name, on vlogs.

You got it, spending the many hours in the jail cell alone was the worst time of his life, interacting with the cops went okay.

He might not mention himself by name all that often, but all of his channels are called "Dan Cilley". Pretty big hint right there. That and all of his information, including his full address, is freely available on his website DanCilley.com.

Although Dan's never been arrested before now the police have spoken to him before and there have been complaints made about him before (but nothing could be done at the time due to him technically not breaking any laws). Looking to arrest him at the first opportunity that he does break a law, and a victim reports it, the police have probably included his face in photo fits for a while now.

Back when he was "accosting" regularly, the downtown LA Facebook page talked about him all the time. The LAPD even posted on the thread and said they were well aware of who he was and what he was up to but that he hadn't done anything that crossed the line to being arrested yet. (I quoted that statement somewhere months ago in this thread.) The cops have been to his house at least twice in the past year to investigate child molestation cases (remember when he said the cop who was investigating the molestation must have been molested himself or else why would he care if a kid was molested?). They know him by name and where he lives. He walks the streets in the same area for hours a day talking to himself. All that woman had to say was "tall, dirty guy with a camera talking about sex and food allergies" and they knew.
 
Jeremy Tucker said a lot of stuff on Facebook last night that he then deleted. Apparently Dan's charge has to do with harassing a minor. He also said Dan called him asking what he can do to become more attractive to women...

I feel like God himself could come down and tell Dan what he is doing wrong and he would chose not to see/hear him. The guy is completely hopeless and I don't think his mental health will ever get better on it's own. Without being forced onto meds the dude is going to continue to spiral until something really bad happens to him. He is most likely going to end up in Jail in the not too distant future. Maybe he will get the help he needs there.

It could have been the Target incident, or the 16-year-old where the father backed him down---those were just in the few days before the arrest. Dan either vastly overestimates the ages of these girls he approaches (he's approached 12-year-olds) or else he just doesn't care---probably both.

The rest of what you wrote is 100% on the money. I think unless he goes back to just sitting in Kim's room and babbling baby talk at her and trying to rape her (which is basically the 1/5 video, in which case maybe she finally just snaps and stabs him), his time on the streets is winding down. I think the arrest probably scared him for a while, so maybe the heat will die down before he starts talking to 12-year-olds again.
