I seriously want him to do one. I want to hear what a man who wears Hawaiian shirts every day has to say about “high-end” perfumes. I’m a bit of a faggot when it comes to dress and I have a wide array of colognes. I would love to autistically pick through any assessment he gives a cologne, but it would be yet another DSP Tries It where he just snorts and describes shit as robust, tangy or really good.

Yeah I don't get where people got the idea that Phil's parents were loaded. If we're betting then I'd say Phil is getting nothing and Dave and Linda's money will have been spent on their retirement and medical bills. As for their home, Phil ain't gettin that either since it'll probably have a reverse mortgage on it or have to be sold to settle Dave and Linda's estate.

Not only that, but whatever his parents do have to hand out after they die is most likely going to be split in half between him and his cousin at least. It'll be interesting to see what happens if Phil and his cousin want to do different things with the duplex since that will involve one having to buy the other out.

Twitch more or less did, they just didn't apologize to him. But Phil was never banned or anything and he was told he could reapply to the partnership program in like a month or two. Which he'd pretty much be guaranteed to get, I don't remember the exact requirements to become a partner, but it's basically "stream for X hours, with Y viewers" with both the numbers being pretty low as far as streaming goes. There might be one or two other things, but nothing Phil would struggle with. There is and never was anything keeping Phil from going back to Twitch except Phil's own ego.

They told him he could reapply for partnership in April 2022 if he kept his head down. Too much work.

He will take you to court if you speak poorly of him, so if he already doesn't like Phil, imagine what he could do if Phil just goes on one of his typical crybully segments about him? It would be a hilarious twist if after all this talk about suing detractors, Phil is the one who ends up getting sued by none other than Billy motherfucking Mitchell, so for the love of all that is holy, make this happen. Have these two assholes fight each other in court, because whatever happens it's guaranteed gold: either Billy rips Phil a new asshole or pigroach luck causes Phil to get a nice chunk of money from Billy, which then he uses to sue detractors.

Hell, imagine Phil actually deciding to push forward with suing Doody and RawPhil and they get support from Billy just as a petty "fuck you" to Phil?

Not familiar if CT has anything specific (and too lazy to look); but normally, unless there's a will or something that says otherwise, inheritance go to children or a surviving spouse (child's biological parent) first. While the cousin could be in line to get something from Dave and Linda; per the regular line of secession, without a will, at least Phil would have to be knocked out of the way, then any surviving siblings (Dave/Linda siblings), then it moves to nieces and nephews. Not saying it can't happen, but unless they made a will up and submitted it to the state or their family lawyer (keep it away from Phil), she isn't gonna get anything. Maybe, God willing, she was more like a child to them than Phil was, especially once he left, you never know.

Not that Billy Mitchell is above frivolous lawsuits, I think in the wake of the Jobst suit people forget how dumb a lot of his cases were, but I think if he were to sue Phil then Phil has an actual argument that people think he's dumb and retarded and therefore anything he says carries no weight. Now of course for that to work Phil would have to admit it in court which he probably wouldn't do, but it's an option if he were somehow able to swallow his pride.

Billy does have a hanger on, who I assume he's distanced himself from but I don't follow that sphere, who is actually pretty much exactly like Phil, Todd Rogers. The man who claimed a record in Dragster for like 30 years that was proven to be completely impossible, along with literally thousands of other completely impossible records for the Atari 2600 mainly. Despite his insistence it could be done, he basically blamed his inability to recreate his score on the game dropping his inputs. He and Phil even kinda look the same, if Phil was fatter and had more hair.



So I guess Team Billy only has room for one Todd Rogers type, and Phil just didn't make the cut.

Uma is here for like 5 years minimum (coincidentially released on like the 10th anniversary since the start of the Brony plague by the way) so no it is not going away in the foreseeable decade if there is still one. It's here to stay like Blue Archive, Nikke or anything from Mihoyo.

I was talking about the boom of popularity. it's from edgy "nerd" girl streamers and weeb "content" creators. they will get burnt out on it within the next month or so. shit like this doesn't last long. it reminds me when random people got into FGO over astolfo and cosplay whores trying to dress as the characters. it was popular in the state for a few months then died. fads are something that phil never gets on since he's too slow to know when to strike the iron.
