He supposedly works weekends at his new job selling cellphones but the last two debate streams have overlapped his supposed work schedule.
I would pay good money to watch Stabby work any job, but especially sales. Imagine the sperging when normies refuse to listen to the weird hyperventilating goblin man trying to foist shit on them. I'm honestly surprised that he hasn't already tried suing one of them

Since we're kinda talking about it are there any Pacer updates on Sid's case? I cant check because I'm a retard

The last document filed was by Stabby on 6th Jan, and that was merely kvetching that they hadn't ruled on one of his previous motions that had been filed ~4months before. If you don't have PACER access you can follow the case here: https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/66752331/stebbins-v-doe/

Just remember Court Listener doesn't update automatically, you can see the last time it was done near the top of the page:

SidAlpha has possibly the worst crowdfund in the history of crowdfunds. He raised almost $20,000 and in nearly 3 YEARS he hasn't provided any proof he attempted to follow through on any of the goals.
He claimed the funds would "tracked and documented"... Where?
Sid, the last update video about the crowdfund was in 2023. Do an update. You don't have to mention Acerthorn, your $400/hr lawyer, or any legal stuff. Just tell the donors where their money went. 3 YEARS!
And unpin the Crowdfund from your Xitter.
He has updated his case a while ago. Basically the overpriced lawyer QuarterPounder recommended to him drained the warchest then told Sid he didn't have jurisdiction and recommended a different attorney. Will see if I can find where he talked about it.

I think I remember reading something serious happened in Sid's life a few years ago and he pretty much dropped out of sight. Even his channel has hardly any updates in the last two years. And I doubt a fat useless retard like Stabby is the cause.

But yes he should post what he promised too just to keep everything above the board.
I think he said he was having health problems.

He's gone into this before. He was recommended a lawyer by The Quartering. Said lawyer was a Texan who vacuumed up most of the raised money and only at the end of the process did he break to Sid that he's not actually licensed to practice in the state, California IIRC, where the lawsuit was filed.

wow I knew lawyers were scum but fuuuuuuck

And one of his child got molested in the bathroom or something.
So he just posted an update this morning that his uncle passed away after a long battle with cancer.

Isn't that fraud?

No. That is being a lawyer.

I am seriously amazed how Americans tend to view lawyers as these highly trained, skilled, and ethnical people.

They don't even need to take a math course in college and the ethical standards lawyers are held to are less than pizza delivery boys.

This is what everyone in the lawtuber circuit are all scumbags, including the site's beloved Sean of Potentially Criminal fame. They are lawyers.

They just tell you what you want to hear to separate you from your cash and when things fail to happen, it's always your own fault.

Something did stick out to me and has for a while; didn't he claim not to have access to the funds just to then within the first month or so of this original fund being set-up, claim his daughter freaked out as she had managed to mysteriously access the funds as somehow it was going to her account? Seems pretty odd if he wasn't supposed to be able to access them outside of just paying the lawyer.

Obviously, I have no idea if this can happen or how it would through GoFundMe or whatever he used. But it's pretty weird in my opinion.

Well, yes. And you don't even need to file a lawsuit. Bar associations routinely handle fee disputes and this is one where if he didn't file a bar complaint contesting the fees, he's an idiot.

If there actually was fraud this obvious, he'd at the very least get some of his money back. And the lawyer could end up facing discipline on top of that.

I am suspicious of his wild claims of donations for legal fees vanishing into thin air. And he just did nothing about that?

Either he's a lying faggot or he's a retard.

It's like filing a complaint about a dirty cop...with the cops. Bar associations will rarely act unless it's an situation with involving repeated and extensive fraud, and even then, it's going to require a criminal conviction before a bar association actually does anything.

He's a man with a platform and an audience. He crowdfunded donations and claimed he used those donations to retain a lawyer. Said lawyer took that money and the money vanished and when the money was gone he said oh actually I can't do anything for you, best of luck. If the story is true, there is a paper trail.

It doesn't matter there is a paper trail. Lawyers have a tremendous amount of leeway with what they can get away with. It's the same thing with cops.

One of the few things they don't is fucking around with client funds. Now, while I'm not necessarily taking this dude's claims at face value (maybe he waltzed off with the money himself and is blaming the lawyer), at the very least, if you bring a fee complaint to the bar association and it has any merit whatsoever, you're at least getting SOME of your money back, and if it's a matter of outright stealing your money and not just Jewing you a bit, you may get their license suspended.

There are plenty of ways of screwing clients completely legally, and most lawyers stick to those. Go beyond those, and start making the profession look bad (well more like even worse than it already does) and you can get in serious trouble.

Just like we figured

The Jew Tuber lawyer skewered Stabby's "Fair Use Grading System" as pure bullshit he pulled out of his ass. As well as reminding the judge that Stabby himself said the live streams were probably fair use.

Calling out Stabby's lies and obvious bad intentions for this lawsuit but no request for sanctions? Son I am disappoint.

The owl fucker is so lucky that Stabby is so greedy that he cannot help but drag Jew Tube into this. On his own Creetosis might not have fared so well. We have to admit Stabby is getting better in these attempts at lawfare, his language is improving and while his arguments are easy to disprove he is getting better at presenting them. They could sneak by a lazy or retarded judge easily.

Thankfully Stabby is ultra greedy and knows that the little fry he's trying to sue don't have the stacks of cash he is after so he has to go after the big fry and thus get railed by actual lawyers who understand the law and not just parrot whatever the AI tells them too.
