I don't believe he can. The Judge dismissed his case entirely under the Pro Se In Forma Pauperis rules. I don't believe that is appealable.
You can. See, for example, (Franklin v. Murphy, 745 F.2d 1221 (9th Cir. 1984) where the district court dismissed 41 actions by the plaintiff as being frivolous under IFP statutes and he was allowed to appeal) Only that you may, if the district court declares so, lose your IFP status and require to put up an appeal bond.

Besides, when did inability to commense a legal action, or to continue it, ever stopped Acerthorn?

I'm suprised Acerthorn hasn't filed a notice of appeal yet, despite saying to Creetosis and the rest that he would appeal
Isn't it an autistic thing? Their obsession suddenly stops when they find a new thing that catches their interest. So maybe Dave found something new to do with his time and he's no longer interested in legal proceedings.

Hopefully.

I guess it's now my turn to be sued.

Does this faggot know that you can’t just subpoena a tech company for personal info on a civil case? They don’t just produce that because you asked. At least they never did in the past. It usually has to be criminal and coming from law enforcement.

Edit: this is the worst pro se filing I’ve read in a long time

He's tried running actual Mail Fraud Scams on State Attorney Generals. So no, no he does not know anything at all about how the law works, beyond just enough understanding of how to file shit to be a menace.

Having a temper tantrum and acting like a turkey because you're literally retarded isn't evidence in an argument. Sure as fuck not evidence in the court of law. Go lick the mildew and black mold off your walls. Be sure to film yourself doing it too, you'll actually get some viewers if you live stream it.

If you're suing an unknown defendant pro se, you can request the court clerk issue subpoenas in your name, and they generally do. Generally, ISPs almost automatically respond to these in legitimate lawsuits. Pro se nutjob lawsuits? Sometimes. It depends on how much they're willing to put into it. Some ISPs fight them tooth and nail regardless of who the plaintiff is, some literally just ignore them until you do something else to compel them, and some just cave in immediately and don't care.

Mr. Stabby comes across as so utterly unhinged a lot of places would tell him to go take a hike. Or just ignore him entirely.

I'd say lying. The thing is the court system is actually doing it's job fairly well in fighting corruption (it's you David, you are the corruption)
He bitches and moans about corruption and abuse...despite him literally abusing a court privilege time and time again, all for retarded frivolous lolsuits, with a long history of consistent attempts at trying to get rich quick, and screwing over any who oppose him in the process.
Then again, this ain't the first time he's thrown an autistic fit about the court system. He cried on Reddit that one time calling the court system a sham because of his repeated losses.
Funny thing, on one of his court filings he admitted that he "sucks".
And you wonder why you keep losing, Stabbins.

GivenStabby's legal history with Google I suspect they will automaticlly flag anything with his name on it for extraspecial legal review.

I’ve only seen a handful of times where subpoenas have been issued in civil cases asking a site/service disclose the identity of a user. It’s never worked in the times that I’ve seen.

Sending a subpoena to an ISP is a little different from what I understand. And it appears that Acerthorn wants YouTube to disclose an ID of a user based on the $1 dollar that the person spent. (This means they created a paper trail for YT).

I can’t see YT giving in to this. They haven’t in the past that I’m aware of. If I’m wrong on that let me know please

Bungie tried to get Youtube to hand them information on a user and they said no so I don't know what hope Acerthorn has. Now even with my limited knowledge of the law, I do know what sorts of forms he'd need fill out and send, but I'll let David here Google that information. He should figure out by the time the statue of limitations on it ends, if there is such a thing for this type of case. I'm not sure on that part.

Google is definitely in the "good luck fucker" category for Stabby.

It's worked most of the times I've seen, which were in actual cases, not crazy bullshit from lolcows. If Microsoft sends your ISP a subpoena, they're getting your shit.
