Surprised, but also not surprised that SidAlpha's most recent lawsuit response video hasn't been posted yet:
90% of the info here is stuff we've already discussed in the thread, and the other 10% is Sid talking about how he'll neither confirm nor deny whether Stabbins's dox of him is legit. That's pretty reasonable to me, though I'd maybe question the amount of poking the bear he does in the video. In most other situations I feel like I'd cheer it on, but when he's already on the receiving end of a suit I feel like I'd try to stick as close to "just the facts" as possible just in case the whole system goes sideways and I actually has to show up in court, if I even commented on it at all before the case resolved.

Dipshit. This asshole is literally the personification of 28 U.S.C. § 1915 dismissals. That law was enacted specifically to stomp termites like this. Unfortunately laws like this are useless if judges just ram their heads up their asses and refuse to enforce them.
And on top of that, this dipshit judge just gave this moron ammunition to claim his case wasn't frivolous, but the judge didn't say the case wasn't frivolous, he said the appeal wasn't. As crackbrained as that finding is, Stabby is lying as usual.

@AnOminous buddy give me some legal advice. Lets say, hypothetically, a court ordered me to tell it why my lawsuit shouldn't be dismissed, what is the proper cause of action? Should I:
a) do only as much as I am told?
b) file a response and then ask the defendant to be sanctioned because the court is mad at me.
I wonder who would ever pick option b...

My favorite part of his sanctions complaint is whining that SidAlpha not making service easy is driving up the costs of litigation. What costs? You’re IFP, you aren’t paying anything for this trash suit.

I like how he claims that Beenverified and Spokeo are legit. It's been over 20 years and such sites claim I live in the States and have had the same age for that amount of time. Granted, at least it's a State worth moving to now since the people there want to protect children. Though it would be nice to be immortal.

Luckily Null probably won't have anything since I seem to recall he only keeps so much historical IP logging(Seem to recall 3 months being thrown around). Regardless I could see him demanding what Null has just to be a clown.

Null said that because of the way Tor is set up on KF, there's essentially no IPs to log, and all user activity will appear to come from 127.0.0.1 . I'd love to see Stabbins subpoena that and see what he will no doubt think is his own IP address.

Why? Null doesn't request or keep any identifying information. Stabbins can't just go fishing with internet companies. Google requires personal identifying information. KF does not.
