Stabby used all the right words, all the proper methods and cited all the "proper" laws the judge only ruled against him because the judge is obviously biased against him. This is the only reason in his mind. The fact that the judge can clearly see his bad intentions and malfeasance never even occurs to him. Everyone is just out to get him because they are jealous of his expansive mind so the whole world has teamed up to ensure he gets no where in life.
