Well, from what we can piece together, the illegal immigrant who raped her daughter was a live in boyfriend. if the child is running away at age 10-11, it means she doesn't feel safe around her mother's repeat boyfriends. This girl was let down and destroyed not only by her family, but by the state. She deserved a proper childhood.

I think abortion bad, I also think abortion is acceptable in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the mother. I also think abortion is unacceptable if the mother had a birth control accident or does not to be stuck with a child. If you got pregnant within your control and that child isn't going to kill you, you should give birth and at the very least let the child live through the procedure. These are my beliefs not what I think the state should've or shouldn't have done. What the state has done was put a child in danger which I'm against but I will say the mother and that bastard were at fault for the child needing an abortion in the first place. The child did no wrong and should not be treated as a criminal. Is that more direct and specific now?

Mother took the daughter to Indiana because of the law in Ohio which means you have to report a rape when you preform an abortion. The rapist was an illegal and the boyfriend of the mother.
