Of course they aren't. Neither is the United States. You must be in pretty good shape with how many conclusions you jump to. All three countries have invested significantly in putting women into the workforce for decades, even a century in Russia's case. In all three countries, women outnumber men in higher education. Countries where women can't read or do much of anything besides shit out babies are by far the least scientifically advanced.

If what ishtar is saying was true, you would see the opposite trend. yet you don't. In fact it's not even remotely close.

So if they get a job and can read then it’s not subjugation? Despite even including India, Saudi Arabia. Consider many of the patriarchal societies by their time especially Greece, Babylon, and Sumerian there was still subjugation and yet they were so of the most scientifically advanced for their time. If anything a country can not grow without some form of subjugation and especially considering who started the space race you can for damn well sure confirm women and people as a whole were subjugated in the pursuit for advancement of society. in fact the number of countries that don’t have “space programs” could never achieve that not because of women or anyone being subjugated. Lot at Africa for Christ sake they get taken advantage every day and even with their lack of resources they got more important issues than a space race.

Nah that’s pretty stupid, people in general need to subjugate just because women were subjugated for so long doesn’t mean they didn’t have the possibility to be like men as leaders, it was just near impossible for their times.

You really don’t understand cause and effect do you? (You are a woman so I am silly for being surprised)

NASA is the product of decades of mathematics and science going back a century. The math underlying rockets goes back for hundreds and then thousands of years. The western space program is built on the work of hundreds of men over a long time, developing equations, finding proofs, and disproving false ideas while being endlessly curious about how the world works.

It didn’t just emerge out of the aether, it’s the product of a civilization that subjugated women for millennia. It could not have existed if women were free to fuck and run wild to their hearts content.

The liberation of women occurred relatively recently within that timeframe. It didn’t effect the space program because the groundwork had already been laid. It’s like saying a termite infestation isn’t a problem because it hasn’t reached the bottom floor yet and has only rotted the attic.

“Uh why is the house still standing, the termites haven’t reached the floor yet?” If the termites had been there from the get go, the house would have collapsed on its foundations or never stood at all.

How would that not matter? If more people are in higher education but the education doesn’t prove much but give you a slip saying you were apart of it I really don’t think it would mean much.

Holy shit you are dense. Civilization was founded by men, in Rome and Greece and China and the Fertile Crescent. All of whom subjugated women, and their successors continued to do so. You’re acting as if mankind just went from throwing stones to space. You can’t and won’t do that without a lot of work in between. Work that would never be possible if patriarchy had not been instituted.
