Because anti-terrorism laws aren't the reason Null is debanked. The real reason is that payment processors and other financial infrastructure aren't being regulated as common carriers. They can give whatever reason they want, or no reason at all, but the real reason is that they do it because they can.

That's not how it works. The postman doesn't get to reject you and refuse to deliver mail to your house. That's not his job. If you are a potential terrorist threat, then it's the government's job to swoop in and arrest you, charge you with a crime, etc. and we have a system of due process to make sure that whatever verdict is rendered is fair and just.

It's not perfect, but it's far better than leaving the decision to the infrastructure employees themselves, who as we've seen make far more arbitrary, unjust and unfair rulings than the government does. We should force them to accept everybody unless there is a court order compelling them otherwise.

I don't see how this contradicts my argument. If the US government is actively hostile to us, then we're fucked regardless and an anti-CP law is not going to make a difference. But as it stands now, they are fine with us because we comply with all applicable US law. If they wanted to shut us down, they could have easily done so a long time ago.
