Aella and countless other fuckers online have tried pushing the whole "porn is ok so it prevents rape" (not true) and various other reasons porn is good, but they're socially aware enough to not try that same argument about animals, like wouldn't that be the lynchpin of their arguements? if they know thats bullshit then they don't actually believe what they're saying and just trying to get others to embrace porn.

I kind of get where you're going but I also don't. Yeah if people were AI-generating animal torture that would also be fucked up, and yes people who advocate for AI-genned diddlery would probably balk at the suggestion of AI bestiality/animal cruelty. But I don't think AI bestiality/animal cruelty would even enter their thoughts in the first place and I'm entirely unsure what the point you're making is.

I mean look, the issue here is that the argument you are making is indistinguishable from standard defenses used by the horrible wastes of space being documented in the Lolicon Defender thread.
You just don't make these kinds of arguments, even if you're being sincere, because a full 100% of the time I have ever seen them being made, it isn't sincere and the people making the argument get suspiciously quiet the second the topic moves to banning something they do not care about.
