Perhaps I wasn't clear enough, I was asking if you view something as a loli if it has JUST big eyes, since you say apparent physical maturity / stated age together isn't good enough??. I mean you focus so much on the eyes, far more than if a picture IS sexual. And I'm pretty fucking sure loli didn't originally mean "big eyed girl".
The presence of children doesn't make a show pedophilic. If anime didn't want to be pedo bait, they would change up the character styles.
It would help if this was better fucking defined. I'm not a hater of anime that much to want to eliminate it but I think this is at least tolerable because its more honest. "I hate weebs, fuck anime" comes off a lot less stupid than "big eyes mean you want to molest children".
