Defendant: Ethan Oliver Ralph - Ethan Ralph's Documented Legal Troubles & Other Court Docs

IANAL but my understanding is that Ralph's lawyer tried to plea bargain it down to a misdemeanour but the prosecutors refused and the only deal they'd make was to drop one of the assault charges (Ralph kicked out at the cops when they were putting him in the van so there were 2 counts) and agree to the minimum sentence under the statute. If it had gone to trial there would have been 2 counts and the prosecutor pushing for a longer sentence on conviction and with the video evidence and officer testimony pleading not guilty was really a nonstarter any way
I love how much the JEWdicial system goes out of there way to punish anyone who would dare even attempt to harm their hired thugs

Assault is the criminal act of threatening violence. So like attempting to throw a punch or holding a bat and threatening to hit someone.

Battery is the criminal act of actually making contact.

So if Ralph had actually connected with the officer, the charges would have been different.

What "felonious" activity is Vickers claiming May and Ralph are currently involving themselves in exactly?
Yeah I think he's talking about perjury but if document is thrown out completely, what's the base for perjury? The doc was written under "penalty for perjury" but does it matter if it never enters the courts record?

Blindingly obvious hypocrisy aside about skirting the line of noncery to fuck Faith (it's Chole Vickers btw Ethan), why the fuck is page 1 referencing "the Disneyland one" like the judge has any prior knowledge of what the fuck you're babbling about? :story:
This is very consistent with Ralph's narcissistic detachment from reality. He truly thinks he is notable and that everyone has been following his various antics closely. It's also why he refers to Brian Holloman as Gator, as if that would help contextualize things for the judge.

Knowing what we know with Ralph it seemed like a female officer woke Ralph up and he went belligerent on her. Probably his classic lean forward and walk quickly to get in their face while hollering. Naturally Ralph feels he didn’t do anything wrong and the officer didn’t realize a charging hog is harmless so when the officer reacted Ralph took a dive to the ground like in Portugal.

Now we know Ralph. He’s an opportunist. He won’t outright throw a punch. The only thing we’ve seen from Ralph is kicking a restrained person on the ground. So once Ralph was restrained in some way, police dropped their guard and Ralph took advantage of it to kick a police officer to soothe his broken ego

Ralph despite grooming Faifai in his 30s has this deep resentment for "Romeo and Juliet" age relationships because frankly no one naturally desired him in his youth (much less now) the random spic she dated as a youth seems very healthy relative to the RALPHAmale experience. It's a teenage experience he deeply envies and nothing will fill that hole of wasted adolescence.
Ronnie filled that hole for him.46A8F9E8-F5B5-4EBF-B0F8-506FCFE83E79.jpeg

The perjury claims are pretty silly but fuckwit Vickers is still gonna Vickers. If that were true then one party in every lawsuit ever filed would be guilty of "perjury" since boith sides file arguments full of claims that are opposite of one another. Every guilty defendant in every criminal trial professing their innocence would also be guilty of perjury. Real and blatant perjury is so hard to prove that it's rarely ever even prosecuted anyway.

It might depend on the jurisdiction, but where I am from if you make a submission to the court by that orally or in written format that you know to be false, or do not know to be true, than that is perjury. That it got thrown out is immaterial, the point is he made the submission intending for it to be used as evidence in court.

With that said, proving perjury is usually difficult as someone else explained, it needs to be established that this is done intentionally - while Ralph throws that around as if this is some almost insurmountable burden where you need to read someone's mind, in practice it would be establishing that they were not mistaken in the moment when the submission was written. So if you get some dates wrong across your submissions that would not rise to that standard.

If you are a bloviating idiot that shares your entire life online, including the reasoning behind why you are filing legal documents as Public Record PR then you might end up getting yourself in the shit. Additionally, when Ralph writes that the revenge porn charge is a "copyright issue", he may be so wet brained that he actually believes this to be the case - but it might be that there is a reasonable expectation that Ralph should know better given he was at the fucking trial.

If that is what Vickers' is referencing, which he probably is. Maybe they have the text message evidence from May that refutes it, that said I doubt this will go anywhere, it's just white trash being white trash. May should really just neck at this point, after putting Rozy in a hamper and leaving her in some reeds, because this ride or die shit backing up her retarded husbands behaviours is putting his idiotic feuds ahead of her daughters needs. It's sad and pathetic, not that I would expect anything else from these two reprobates.

Perjury isn't when you disagree with the other side, it's when you disagree with yourself. When you testify under oath to stated facts, then later, completely contradict yourself with no reasonable explanation (in other words, bald face lie) or your testimony contradicts established evidence, then you are guilty of perjury.

"Mrs. Ralph, do you swear by almighty god that Mr. Ethan Oliver Ralph of the Killstream's penis is in fact eight, EIGHT, your honor, inches long?"
Fucking judge deprived us of some real kino shit.

the chances of Ralph asking Meigh about his Dick size or outright if it was true that Faith was fingered in Disneyland under oath (Outright stating a libelous statement in court) and having Meigh answer "Yes" were != 0
He needs to be sectioned at this point. :lunacy:

Ralph is basically a defendant from hell at this point. Chris Chan is a walk in the park compared to this idiot.

YUH ONNA I WAS AKSHUALLY THE ONE THAT MADE THE TERM "A-LOGGIN'" FAMOUS. THAT'S WHY IT'S CALLED E-RALPHIN'.

I shit you not. He claims A-logging is something that was coined because of him.

No. Perjury is intentionally lying under oath about a matter material to the issue (i.e., would impact the outcome of a proceeding). Contradicting yourself on a material matter in two sworn statements (written or oral) is perjury if you intended both, because both can't be true. But you can recant prior testimony.

Accidents, minor (immaterial) errors, inaccuracies not material to the matter, and statements that are conclusions/opinions are not perjury.

Here is the relevant CA law:

His overestimation of his legacy is one of the funniest things about him in my opinion.

Everyone around him knows he is nothing and really never was anything. It was never him that made his shows worth paying attention to it was his guests who did not come on his show because of him but because of the reach. Ethan was always the sidekick on his own show. He is a pathetic piggy who will only be remembered because of this site. Once he is gone Meigh will retreat back to New York. Vickers being the psycho he is will probably do his best to erase Ethan from Xander's life.

Ralph will be in a shallow grave made of cheap Mexican cardboard in a shitty Mexican vacant lot.

I can see it before my eyes, The horse dressed in the classical "Sombrero-Sorrow" and while they kick the corpse down the hole they lazily put the whole this plays but with a little "Sadder flair":
Then all the fans of the "keelstream? S... Si Sénor!" will nevously smile for Vickers who had the courtesy of coming down witnessing this sad ordeal.

So it will just be Vickers and Meigh then?
