Devon Del Vecchio / "Dev" / ShortFatOtaku / @sleepy_devo - Degenerate loser, honorary whiteknight for Lilith Lovett, constantly at odds with his own viewers for being a centrist

Arch is likely the next one to fall, but it's anyone's guess as to when. When him and Dev did a stream on the "woke right" Arch was very much losing his patience with Dev's strawmanning and lying, and pulled in Artimus just to spite Dev. I'm sure after enough streams like this will cause Arch to kick Dev eventually, but as long as Dev keeps getting hate superchats, Arch is going to tolerate Dev's bad behavior. Supposedly, Arch is setting up a new DnD campaign soon without Vee and Sargon and we'll see if Dev will ruin this one too.

Livestream in Question:
Arch will stick with Dev as long as possible because he's not in the position to choose friends. Nobody in 40K likes him despite basically creating 40K youtube. He's kinda just stuck. Dev gets him money, so yeah, he's going to take advantage of it.

I find Arch an insufferable faggot so I don't watch or follow him but why 40k people hates him?
If I recall, he did a racism. Yeah. And because of this horrible SIN, he got excommunacatus from the 40K fandom. I remember on the 1d6chan wiki the edit wars that happened when they were listing 40k channels /tg/ recommended, and he barely got on because he did a VERY autistic in depth look at the Siege of Vraks for about 8 months straight, all gas no brakes.

For much the same reason that a lot of MTG oldsters have a love-hate relationship with Hamblyburger Helper.

Yes, he was one of the OGs for content in that theatre. Yes, he genuinely has knowledge and experience with that field. However, he also makes it all about him, makes fucking imbecilic takes, and unlike our boy Jeremy, where his involvement often causes hilarious self-combustion by other cows, Arch just kinda sits back and lets shit happen.

I feel that last part is important. Arch doesn't directly cause shit to happen. Usually. He did do a mail in campaign to GW once. But mostly he stays inside his own box. Watching on the golden throne if you will. Jermey by contrast is contrast is constantly starting shit with the entire world, so it's more obvious why everyone hates him.

Also despite being OG WarhammerLoreTuber his channel is not exactly dead, but stagnant and by modern Warhammer standards his audience is pretty small so it is not exactly worth it for rest of WarhammerTubers to associate with him.

Jeremy is also a lot more entertaining because of this. Yes, he's visibly a fucking moron, but he also brings us a bevy of free content just by existing, which is hard to not appreciate at times.

What Jermey lacks in intelligence he makes up for in memes. I can't imagine Arch pissing in the basement.

just wondering who is jeremy
Jeremy runs The Quartering, he used to cover MtG but usually does nerd/culture war stuff. He's the guy that got drunk on Riketta's show and leaked that he was going to interrupt Ethan Ralph's interview with Elijah Shaffer. He's connected to Sargon and has interacted with a lot of youtubers, but strangly not Dev.

ok thank you that was my guess just wanted to make sure

The Quartering aka Quarter Pounder. Also known for getting attack by a tranny at a bar and then crying to his fanbase to help him. One of Sargon's capos and recently became the owner of Styxhexenhammer666's body and soul.
When did that happen? I live under a rock when it comes to TheQuartering.

Jeremy Hambly, also known as The Quartering. Also known by my personal nickname for him, Hamblyburger Helper.

He's a former MTG youtuber who now handles nerd culture war shit. He's a bit of an oddity among cows of his ilk because while he's very much an autist, and constantly makes braindead takes, he's also kind of does us a constant public service just by existing. Hambly, in his wanderings, has this unusual, and to veterans of the Farms, darkly fascinating tendency to make other cows chimp out to an almost unfathomable degree. While he can very much be a laughingstock in his own right, it's almost an artform how good he is at getting other culture warriors to lash out at him, and in so doing, catch attention.

If I wasn't as familiar with him as I am, I'd swear he does it on purpose.

It's funny really. He is a idiot- except when it comes to money. The man knows how to grift. He raked in tens of thousands just by shitting on Brie Larson. Now he sells coffee and all this other shit. He has made Youtube his bitch.

And yeah this causes a lot of rage. How can this RETARD make so much money? It makes people violently angry with him.

A bit off topic, but what is people's problem with Vtubers? The way even the concept of "person streaming with an animated anime avatar" sends some people into a rage baffles me. Just don't watch it.
Late, and several people already answered, but it's mainly due to simps. There's also the larger vtubers who end up being sexually provocative (Bao, Shylily, etc) and that rubs people the wrong way. The 3rd reason would be that streamers in general are lowbrow entertainment, so mocking both the streamer and the fan can give the mocker a boost of superiority in their eyes.

Others answered, but one thing I want to add (and correct me if I'm wrong) Jeremy was a major figure in culture war nonsense being one of the originals to get cancelled. And I don't mean just de-ranked on YouTube, but banned from conventions and the like. I vague remember a big deal where some guy at a convention punched him.

If I remember that right, this is key because most culture war types only exist on the internet, Dev very much included. Jeremy actually faced consiquences for his actions which, in most cases, was simply pointing out the flaws in Magic The Gathering.
