Do you come to KF for the lolcows?

Bit of column A, bit of column B. Sometimes it's just nice to have a place to discuss the latest schlock you consoomed.

Came because a friend asked if my schizo neighbor was some queen of Saturn lolcow that was documented here, stayed for the random pics and gifs thread and the slightly less shitposty discussions than your average image board.

Jace back when he was a thing and CWC drama that happened when I didn't want to wait for the CWCiki article.

Now its DSP's Champions Thread and Ralph, endless entertainment.

Came for the CTC nonsense, stayed to psychoanalyze people who put way to much online. Now most of the cows I follow are cows in the Beauty Parlor thread, Truly the only place to watch a woman pick her legs off one piece at a time.

I do love hitting up Cat Party threads in A &N. Losing hope in humanity has never been so much fun.

The diversity here is insane. You can find born again Christians rubbing elbows with Anti-Semitic doom posters and libertarian lesbians all discussing the latest Megan Markle drama.

For diversity's sake I would almost like to see more woketard and leftist posters. Not because I agree with them, but because I want to watch the fireworks.

Yes; but also for the people, because users here are genuinely fucking funny.

there's also a lot of good, in depth and informative discussions that happen to align with my personal beliefs that all trannies are disgusting fetishpigs. I pretty much found an internet home that is completely cozy. I don't know what other websites that are this authentic.

50/50, I love to laugh at lolcows doing dumb shit but I also love to talk about my hobbies and interests.

I came to KF originally because I stumbled across Nick Rekieta and Weeb Wars in my youtube recommended shit and i wanted to learn more about it. Now i mostly stay around because of the random shitposting in various threads, and occasionally I learn about the horror that is most of the lolcows here when they end up on the front page.

Sometime in 2014-2015 or so I realized that by Googling the names of online weirdos, schizos, and trannies I knew, I could easily find a shitload of information on them here. I'd known about Chris forever but I never was at the forefront. I think the first person I looked up that led me here was John Walker Flint, better known as "Brianna Wu". I wanted his deadname to find old shit of his, and wouldn't you know it, that shit was already found and compiled here (and I think lolcow wiki). Good shit. Also, with the announcements, it's a great place to check up on Internet autism. You're not gonna find this shit easily anywhere else.

I originally came here for the sole purpose of laughing at Neogaf/Resetera, but I will admit I ended up developing a modicum of interest in some lolcows.

They are all gaming-related, though, even if only tangentially.

I have always orbited lolcow communities for certain people I’ve had interests in over the years. Joined KW for one particular horror cow but have been enjoying browsing everything else ever since 😌

Yes, there are a few cows I do follow (mostly the troons/NBs because their whole movement is ridiculous) but also because it's one of the few places remaining on the internet where you can be as un-PC as you like, but there's no ideological leaning - insane opinions from all sides get mocked.

I only read Kiwifarms for the articles (I swear).

I'm mostly here for the lolcows. Too many autists and kids in the general/off-topic.
Agree. 98% lolcows. I view my engagement with this site as more akin to anthropological fascination than social interaction especially as there are way too many Junior Tier Ethan Ralph's and Milo YabbaDabbaDoo's in non-lolcow specific topics. Exceptions do exist though.

Though I do appreciate how many genuinely clever name/picture combinations you find. Even among purely lurking users.

Only had a surface level interest in most cows, but its fascinating seeing some familiar names have a much more seedy path than one might have known.

The real draw is the discussion between kiwis. Sometimes its informative leading me into some more educational like finances and tech, while sometimes its just funny. The combination of that and overall freedom of the forums makes me feel like the internet from web 1.0 which always feels like a breath of fresh air compared to our modern internet woes.
