He says his „spy“ has been shot during a coffee break, pretty sure it’s a troll/fake

If they acquit him based on being a tarded moron, they'd not put him in jail, they'd throw him in a mental ward. This is fake news, especially given that there's yet another date for court proceedings to come.

They‘d also need a psychological evaluation which hasn’t been ordered as of now

getting the insanity defense in germany is almost impossible hes not even remotely dumb/insane/delusional enough to get the honor of being put into a ward
source was bullshit anyways

Now it is 100% confirmed, Rainer has to leave his house by the 5th of January 2022.
His defence is claiming Rainer wants to go underground/disappear so the trouble around him dies down.
Not that Rainer stated something totally different couple of weeks ago. His plans are to do some sort of travel Vlog. So he is definitely not planing to disappear from the Internet.

The best an simultaneously funniest outcome would be, if he gets assigned a legal guardian and/or sent to an assisted living facility.

It would objectively be the best way to "help" him since he isn't crazy enough for the psych ward, but also isn't able to live by himself.
It would also make him mad as hell since he believes himself to be a free spirit and exceptionally 'powerful'. Imagine Rainer constantly having to ask his guardian for permission to do something...

Oh boy. I bet we'll get some A 1 tardrage vlogs in the coming days. I assume he'll keep his head down, maybe not even stream at all for a bit and avoid this topic once he does start... and then, at some point, he'll go completely apeshit, once chat has riled him up enough and teased him a little.

It'll be top notch entertainment, that's for sure.

As for "lying about selling the house", if it's something his lawyer said, I would assume that it's legit. Lawyers get into trouble for blatantly lying in this manner, don't they? Dude has a responsibility to not just take Rainer's word for it.
Also, the court would check that shit out and it is not hard to verify. Any lawyer going with such an easily disprovable lie as a defense strategy should lose his job permanently.

Didn’t he say that he plans on moving out during June/July 2022?
Either way, doing some sort of travel vlog would go sideways. Weaponized autism and all

Now, this could work out if he visits a place, makes a couple videos on the spot, moves on to someplace new and then releases the footage, that way, the haters might find out where he was, but it would be hard to figure out where he is (barring the high probability of someone recognizing him and posting his location, that is).
The biggest flaw with this thing is the assumption that Rainer isn't dumb as fuck. First thing he'd make after buying a caravan is putting a giant "Unbesiegt" banner in the rear window, put some other random crap all over the caravan to make it really easy to identify, post videos about what he did, so there is no chance of misunderstanding... and then, the moment he reaches a new place, he'd make a vlog about that location and release it the same day.
Dude literally can't not dox himself.

I bet you anything that no attorney in the world would be willing to lie for Rainer in court about basic stuff like this. For what reason anyway? To put your neck on the line for an obvious retard like Rainer who isn't even paying you. (I know the attorney will get compensation but not from Rainer directly)

The info is solid enough for me, 5th of January, here we go.

They just said that a journalist talked to haters in the audience and it was said that the judge was visibly annoyed with Rainer. Rainer tried to dodge direct questions and he said the police isn't doing their job. (keep in mind, we don't know if this is true but tbh, it sounds 100% like Rainer)
And judges loooooooove it when a defendant doesn't give direct answers or tries to avoid questions or tries to talk himself out of the question.

It wasn't mentioned that the lawyer presented any documents regarding the house sale. And it could be that Rainer just claims that he sold his house and the lawyer told the court what Rainer told him. The court didn't ask for proof so I guess they just take Rainer's word as truth.

I don't believe Rainer. I'll stay skeptical until January.

Judges also love people going "the executive power of the legal system is doing a shit job, so I had to take matters into my own hands by attacking people in front of my property". Given that the police will most likely prove that they actually do patrol the area regularly and that they do come when Rainer calls them (at least as much as they are able to), Rainer's attempts to shift blame will backfire hard.

Rainer has at no point attempted to defuse the situation with his trolls, even though he didn't directly encourage them, he did sort of attract them to his place. His actions to "fight back" are a catalyst that helped keep the game running. What Rainer expects is cops LARPing 24/7 as his personal version of the british Queen's Guard ("Lard's Guard"?) in front of his house. Anything less is the cops not doing their job properly. This shit won't fly with any judge worth his money, especially given that Rainer was told in no uncertain terms to stop streaming, since that's the root of most of his problems and to sell his house and keep a low profile. Selling his house now is too little too late and him keeping up his streaming and voicing his intention to keep streaming in the future after moving out is not going to go well for him.

The lawyer might not get into trouble for lying to the judge if he goes "according to my client, the house was sold" instead of saying "the house was sold", but in terms of a strategy it's outright suicidal, unprofessional and utterly dimwitted to do this. It does not take much effort to check if this is true or not and if it is a lie, Rainer will be in even deeper shit. Any lawyer that allows his client to dig that sort of hole is unfit to be a lawyer.

You can remain sceptical, that's fine by me, but by this point, to me it sounds like "culturally, Chris is still a virgin".
