I had however was one where my teeth were falling out. Honestly can't say much other than just being freaked otu by it. By some string of luck or whatever, I had that teeth dream twice.

Oh man, I've had those dreams too. I also have dreams that I'm back in high school and it usually involves me trying to remember my locker combination after all those years or trying to remember my class schedule. I have similar dreams about college where I'm back at college and I want to get my job back at the school library.

I also have a lot of dreams where I'm flying.

Last night I had a really odd dream about judgement day or something. There was some lottery number the had 666 in it and then it got really sad and dark. Then it got bright and happy and some paper said the evil will be contained for 3398 days or something. Then I was in some sort of heaven type place where I was happy and everything that made me happy was there; people, places, things, etc. This is one of the strangest dreams I've had.

I've had 1 or 2 recurring dreams that have haunted me over many years. I've also had horrifically/ terrifyingly vivid dreams. But I just try to brush them off as products of my terrible sleep habits. I lucid dream a lot and am quite the somnambulist. Nevermind the many convos my now exes have told me we had while I was apparently asleep, but there's been WAY too many instances where I wake up confused and disoriented in another room/ my closet. ...I have no idea why my closet is such a target. It's....It just wrinkles mah brain.

I have a recurring dream where I walk into my bathroom and turn on the light--but instead of the usual glow of the overhead light bulb, it sparks a few times and the light flashes intermittently. I then go up to my bathroom mirror and open my mouth to find that my teeth are all rotting and falling out. Sometimes insects come out of my mouth.

I have another recurring dream in which I try to hug my family but their skin begins to flay off in long, bloody strips at my touch. I start to panic and try to help them, but the more I try to help, the worse the problem gets.

Here's some other really weird dreams I've had:

1.) I get locked in a mental hospital, but I manage to escape and run towards a house on a lake. I look in one of the windows and see a nude man devouring the organs of a young married couple. He looks up at me, his chest matted with gore, and grins. His eyes shine in the dark.

2.) I'm in a convoy in a desert country, and get caught in an IED. Dazed, I stumble towards the side of the road and fall into a tent that just happens to be there. A large man then slits my throat. I grab my throat and gargle hopelessly as I bleed out.

3.) I'm on patrol in a desert country, and I accidentally shoot somebody in a friendly fire incident. A pair of elves then come out of a house and then start running down the street with a massive saw stretched between them. This causes them to cut innumerable civilians in half at the waist.

4.) I'm trapped in a dark hospital, and walking down a hallway alone. I pass a corpse on a stretcher, covered with a sheet. I then look behind me to see a partially skeletilized body getting up from the stretcher. I run towards a door and slam it shut, and struggle with the lock. As I look up in frosted glass of the window in the hallway door, the corpse is standing there, trying to claw his way in.

But all of my dreams aren't doom and gloom! Last night I dreamed that I was carrying a large catfish around under my arm, trying to find him a new pond to live in before he dried out. He could talk and was very critical, too. :?

I dreamed that I got attacked by a swarm of water beetles, all of them at least as long as my thumb.

 Your dreams sound morbidly fascinating, like scenes out of Silent Hill.

usually I have really freaky, graphic dreams, including one where Cole Smithly turned into a giant octopus and was in my kitchen eating my food and was swinging his giant, fleshy tentacles around. But last night I dreamed that my sister walked into my room and farted. That was the entire dream, and I dreamed of nothing else.

You want to hear about the dream I had where children where eaten by angry dogs and zombies?

I forgot one of my dreams that I really, really hate. You ever read that book or seen that movie, "Johnny Got His Gun," or at least seen the Metallica music video "One?" It's about an American soldier who is wounded in 1917 and suffers from "locked-in" syndrome--he can't communicate, see, or hear, but he's perfectly conscious.

I sometimes have dreams we're I'm like that. Where I want desperately to wake up or communicate, but I can't. I can't see or speak or hear, but I'm perfectly aware of the fact that I'm lying in a bed and can't do anything about it.

In regards to the dream where someone farts, I think I had one like that only it was worse. I was in my bed and some fat guy in his underwear was sitting on top of me, farting and laughing as he made this evil smile, knowing I was uncomfortable. Honestly, I wonder why we can have such strange dreams. At least it wasn't horrifying like the teeth falling out dream.

I had a dream C-no had an avatar that didn't terrify me.

What was my avatar in your dream? Also, does this new one terrify you?

I think that's called sleep paralysis. It's freaky stuff. Sometimes you hallucinate that something is on your chest and is preventing you from breathing.

I just had a dream where I was in the school cafeteria and we were having pizza and breadsticks, and I guess the school was doing some drill to stop terrorists. But I sat down to eat and thought I had forgot my box with the food in it. All I had was a small dipping cup full of. Dipping sauce for the breadstick (like garlic butter) so I drank that, it was gross, but then I realized the box with the food in it was right in front of me. Lol weirdddd also I got upset with my sister because she keeps talking about the girl I like :P

That doesn't sound fun at all. I don't have that happen but every once in a blue moon I'll have a super realistic dream where the only reason I figure out it's not real is because one little thing will be off. All of them take place in my apartment in the dark.

For example I had a dream where I woke up in the middle of the night laying on my bed and for some reason I was looking across the room at light on the wall made from the streetlamp coming in through the window (not out of the ordinary when I wake up at night). I was sort of marveling at this shadow of a branch when a bird landed and made a shadow too. About that time I remembered there wasn't actually a tree outside that window. Then I woke up for real.

Another time I woke up in the middle of the night and layed in bed for a while. I got up and went to the kitchen to get a drink of water. As I was going through my living room I was think that it was really really pitch black in there. That's when I noticed the tiny rows of blue lights on my wall. It took me about 15 seconds to realize I was in a dream and I woke up back in bed in the dark.

They aren't scary or anything but they're so real that still there's no way to go back to sleep after that.

I've had it a few times myself. I have anxiety issues that often trigger it. Definitely not fun at all.

A lot of the dreams I have are related to what I'm writing. I like 'em. They're usually pretty coherent and where one stops the next one picks up until it's finished with that scenario.

The nightmares, however, are all about my "inner demons" and they're actually starting up for me again. :? It's starting to upset me, to be honest.

Thanks to melatonin, I had a really vivid and disturbing dream last night. I dreamt that my family and I were in a car accident. My body was all contorted and broken, and hot sticky blood covered me. I struggled to stay conscious despite my injuries and blood loss, but my vision greys out as I watched the equally injured car occupants dying.

I was so relieved when my mom woke me up from that dream this morning.
