DSP's Amazon Wish List - https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3RGWWKZJKJL5A

Man just like two months ago things were sort of starting to dry up for dark. And he just cranked up the begging to maximum and some whales heard the cries and now all he does is win win win.

Big ups

But seriously, at what point do his fans just get it? The amount of revenue this guy brings in and it’s still not enough and they actually think he can’t afford the games? At some point the fans will be directly paying for everything, all income will just be icing on the cake and they still won’t get it. His fans constantly prove they are the more interesting specimens to watch than dark himself now

The amazon wishlist is all just digital gift cards because he apparently can't get digital codes for games. Because he can't allow people to give him free physical copies of games because... I guess... he'll miss some release dates, maybe? He might have to get the mail? If he did that, he could then resell it to Gamestop for additional money. He even fails at being a Twitch thot.

Phil has announced in today's prestream that he is adding the bottle crunch emote. It is absolutely amazing that he has attempted to monetize something that is a grievously incompetent move for a streamer, because for some reason, he has to crunch a bottle into the mic. For all of his talk about knowing what he is doing, the bottle crunch above all else shows his spite and stupidity, because it makes no sense. And all because he is too lazy to use his mug to promote his merch.

EDIT 2: Jesus Christ. The wishlist had 'surprise me' checked by default (which causes a delay in items being sent to you and blocks notifications of purchase) and it cleared his wishlist and said it was all purchased. Hundreds in credit might be given to him, but he has no idea if someone bought his entire wishlist and now he has no idea how to get it. So we're going to use this as a smokescreen to continue begging while there might be a boatload of money coming down the pipe. This is INSANE.

EDIT 3: He doesn't know what to do. When someone suggests calling Amazon, he says he MIGHT try that, but he doesn't have an order number. He's unsure of how many people in the chat are familiar with using Amazon. These are the same people he is asking for help to navigate Amazon. He is currently away from the mic checking his digital library at the behest of chat.

EDIT 4: He is currently saying he isn't sure if, now, he would receive the code right away. This has been going for 20 minutes, so what we're hoping for here is someone to buy something live on stream so Phil can test it. And people are trying. But they're having problems, likely because Phil has not included his own delivery address.

And he is yelling at people for even suggesting the wishlist because it is so complicated. "He's so tired of dumb shit". Everyone always tells him he is a dinosaur, he needs to try new things, but things are never easy and things never work. Every time he tries to adapt, it's just a ton of extra work. Holy shit, this entitled fuck.

Not directly related to DSP (for the time being...), but interesting nonetheless: Amazon is slowly but surely uncovering their strategy on the direction Twitch as a platform is supposed to be going (according to Amazon).

In short: they're going full homeshopping mode, presented by Twitch's biggest shills. Well, at least for one day, but it sure looks like writing on the wall to me. Btw, I'd call it "Twitch's Big Paid Shill-A-Ton", but hey, I'm not smart enough to work at Amazon.

Anyway, to still somewhat tie this into the DSPhere: the whole internet knows he has been basically sucking Twitch/Amazon's dick since he returned to the platform - as he tends to do with every platform he's depending on regarding money - so you'd say the used car salesman of Twitch would fit right in.
But here's the problem: he has been ranting so much about paid shills, favoritism, "the elite" getting all the best opportunities and "the normal man" (meaning: DSP) getting the short end of the stick, that it's virtually impossible for him to justify what Twitch is doing/becoming.

I really wonder what his reaction is to Amazon/Twitch doing stuff like this and the mental gymnastics he has to pull off to not royally fuck himself. The funny thing is: he's fucked either way. One one hand he simply can't be positive about this stuff happening on Twitch, and on the other hand he also can't speak (too) badly of them for obvious reasons. Maybe he'll do what he normally does when a "sensitive" topic is being brought up:

1) ignore it
2) (after people keep asking him questions about it) briefly address it, stating it's none of his business and he doesn't care
3) start banning people for bringing it up because it's derailing the "fun" and/or "chill" gameplay stream (dood)

Oh well.

I wonder if he has received a personal email from Jeff Bezos about helping him out with his business.

Never mind, Jeff probably hit the delete button instead of send. (:_(

That'd be impossible since Phil, in his infinite wisdom, buys his games digital. So he can't sell them.
I prefer physical cause I wouldn't need get a 200$ micro SD card plus I'm able to sell the games.

pal of mine has a pro controller and i've heard no complaints about the D-Pad i know there were some big problems with the early models so i can only assume he has a more recent model and phil knowing he has an early model is being stubborn in not using literally anything else
Have a pro too and no problems here.

His working theory is that the trolls have found a way to fake purchasing things.

So now the question is, is this true, or is he using this as a means to hide money?
He is again asking for someone he knows to buy a low value gift card so he can test it. It's the only way he'll know if it works. Of course, not if all of this stuff turns up in a day or something.

So his wishlist is literally just other forms of digital currency, how surprising.
Just another revenue stream.
  1. Youtube (AdSense)
  2. Twitch (bits, subs, ads)
  3. Patreon
  4. Tips (PayPal/Streamlabs)
  5. Teespring
  6. Selling stuff (i.e. statues) directly to fans
  7. Amazon
Did I forget one? I mean, sometimes you hear the term "double dipping", but this is some next level shit. Absolutely disgusting.

-edit- this pre-stream is truly fucking exceptional, btw. Jesus Christ. He's confused as fuck about this whole thing and has been complaining about it for LITERALLY 25 minutes straight and still going.

-edit2- Lol, he's so fucking incapable that he even managed to fuck up something as simple as the text on his Twitch page:

He was stalling HARD for somebody to actually try and buy a gift card for him.
Repeated it like three times going "Only thing we ever know if it works is if somebody I KNOW from the SCHTREEM was to buy like the lowest denomination"

:stress: WHY AM I GREEDY?

If 'the trolls' figured out how to purchase things yesterday.... how?
It seems even the Farms just found out about this today. Unless the SOK has gone underground and Kat is sending info to Fred, who would do this?
Phil probably took so long to get his address in there is because he forgot it and had to check the Farms to see what it was, but we're supposed to believe trolls cleared his wishlist after he made it at 2am?
I didn't think the amazon wishlist was going to yield this level of autism, but I guess Phil is a master sculptor in the medium of autism.

Meanwhile, he's peppering in comments about how the wishlist is so complicated. How are all these other people, who were not valedictorians or do not have 10 year legacies figuring it out? It's like Phil is dumb and out of touch or something.

That's when we're not getting dead air so Phil can keep checking his emails to see if anything came in. Then again complaining about the trolls and the lack of 'troll protection'. Keep in mind, he's speaking like this narrative he has concocted is confirmed.

EDIT: We're into another spite rant about people telling him to do this, and him threatening to delete the amazon wishlist.
"Call them? Oh, so now, what I should do is take time away from all the personal shit I have to do behind the scenes..." Get up on that cross, Phil. Should have followed his own instincts and not done it.

"I HAVE A FULL LIFE, WHEN DO I CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE?"
aka
"Guys please, I need your support. Please call the hotline for me so I can go about my day and sit on my fat ass to watch wrasslin."

Can't remember if I posted something like this already, so my bad if I'm repeating myself, but:

Him asking his viewers to pay for his games and online subscriptions is like a bakery asking customers to bring the dough needed for a bread while still asking full price for the end product. It's so completely exceptional he's acting as if him owning a game doesn't mean he's going to be making money from that game. It's called a fucking investment.

Also, if you've been running a business for YEARS where you create a product (bread/playthroughs) from ingredients (dough/games) but you can't even fucking afford the main ingredient, then you're doing something wrong - you're doing something completely wrong, you should stop running said business, find a job where you work for an employer on a payroll and shut the fuck up about running businesses.

Phil went on a pissbaby rant, crying about how every single time he tries to listen to his fans and do something new, it NEVER works for him. It's always more work and a waste of his time. It's easy for everybody else, but he can't figure out how to do simple things. Okay, so whose fault is that? Phil can't be bothered to read simple instructions on how to create an Amazon wish list and this is somehow not his fault, naturally. His fans are to blame for suggesting he do it. The nerve of this entitled piece of shit.

its just gift card codes...

jesus fucking christ

someone should buy him a new game, brand new 60 dollar game. have it be delivered to his address, he opens it up. and no game.
just the case, just a picture of old phil doing game giveaways of him giving away "games" without the game

Yeah, he's trying to take out the only business expense he has other than his internet (and his fans indirectly pay for that via the bill begging). And elaborating on what I said before, he's not even thinking of how to maximize this because that would require effort on his end. He should allow for physical copies because getting the game for free probably washes out the loss of day 1 views, and he makes less effort to hit those lately anyway (he won't move his day off and he'll pick and choose games to play later). Then he could take those physical copies and put them towards trade-ins, or use them for giveaways, either securing profit or exposure. This is just straight up Phil trying to eliminate the one thing he pays for, and doing so in a fashion that suggests he isn't looking to build up a system so he doesn't require this, he just expects a permanent and sustained handout.

Then when it doesn't work on day one, it's catastrophic and he never should have tried it. He's literally talking about getting free stuff, possibly thousands in tax-free handouts, and he's angry that it might require a customer service call or 10 minutes of research.

Honestly, he is either lying about receiving currency because there is an option for the wishlist to still show an item on the list even after it has been bought. Here is what it says: "Keep purchased items on your list." = "If you select this option, we won’t automatically remove items after you buy them. Your previously purchased items will also be restored and we’ll display the last date when each item was purchased on the list."
This is the option that Phil chose because if he chose "Don't spoil my surprises " option as he said on stream it would not say when it was last purchased, and his wishlist shows all the gifts were last bought on June 30. So Phil is lying he got these gifts to make people buy him more, but he probably knows if it shows last purchased date that it might deter fans from buying it thinking that someone bought it so no need to buy it for him. Therefore he needs to lie to say "its bugged dood" so he can trick some idiots to buy him more gift cards which is supported further when he asked people to buy a gift on stream to see if it works, essentially double-dipping.

Or somehow, someone figured out how to trick Amazon or refund their money so it shows it was purchased but when Phil checks it says no credit due to the trick/refund. The thing is I don't think its the refund option because digital purchases are final with Amazon and are impossible to refund for unless there is a trick I don't know of then it leaves me to believe its some sort of trick method.

What I do find interesting is that when I put a PSN and Nintendo code in my cart from his wishlist it didn't show underneath the items "For [insert name] Wish List", so leaves me to believe that Phil fucked up setting his account. As you can see in the pic I put other streamers wish list items including a PSN code and it always shows that "For [insert name] Wish List" phrase underneath each item. I think he is an idiot and didnt set his account right, but blames his fans because they asked him for this.

So if what was said before about a business and "gifts" was correct, we can now safely say Phil is with this trying to mess with his taxes and income. It was said it's hard to report before, so what about now that he set up a site?
How long till someone tries to report his greedy ass?
