I don't want to keep bringing up Nightdive, but they have a good track record for porting N64 FPS games to modern systems. It'd be great if Microsoft hired them for a new port of Goldeneye/Perfect Dark.

SEGA would cost more than it cost for Zenimax, Phantasy Star alone is worth billions. Hatsune Miku, Persona, Yakuza, Total War, Football Manager etc are all worth a fair bit too. SEGA are actually losing money on pachinko these days, losing money on everything but games, all their profit comes from games now so there's zero chance they'd sell their games division on its own either, especially right now when they invested billions into making new games/IP revivals.
The actual good indies don't go to these events, they aren't spending all their time networking with troons and pedos, going to modern GDC to get preached at and they arent getting invited to these events because there's no good boy points for inviting a bunch of normal white and asian guys. They just work on their games and they'll just show up someday on steam

I've been keeping an eye on him ever since he tried to pass off some N64 emulator box as a recreation of its original hardware. I documented it in this post, complete with archives of everything he deleted.

Point taken. Even if they did, what are they gonna do? A remake of BK and Tooie? A new collect-a-thon? Oh my god, imagine if, after all that buildup, it's Nuts N' Bolts 2. I genuinely want that to happen, just for the salt potential alone. Might even get JonTron to make a video game-related video again (that isn't a RAID SHADOW PISSANTS sponsor).

So, I've been skimming this thread via highlights and occasionally asking for updates. Has fucking anything actually been announced of worth? Everything just seems like "here's trash, gobble it up or you are a terrible person".

Frogger didn't die for this shit. Now I'm gonna be hyper aware of this if a new Frogger game comes out. With all the random old franchises getting new games, this seems likely
