As for Ellen, she’s just waaaay too fucked in the head to ever find her way back, and I reckon she’ll 41% within five years.

What could he even make a cartoon about, though? Coming out as trans was the last relevant thing she did, after that everyone seems to have completely forgotten about her existence already, even most queers.

Outside of this sub, I have not heard her mentioned anywhere since then except in one video about an older video game where the female model was based on her.

No one has seen Elliot Page in anything, all they remember is Ellen Page with a new first name awkwardly glued on top of it. Even the people that were like omg yaaas king after the trans announcement probably have no mental picture of her that isnt just the old Ellen with a bieber cut.

What there isn't? in fact she's so far gone you couldn't draw anything close to realistic of her without it being deemed offensive. As much as the woke "left" likes to talk about acceptance the moment you stop being useful they will undoubtedly throw you under the bus, then put the bus on reverse and run you over again for good measure because all they really care about is appearances. Ellen is now a bad person for the woke, not because she went against them on the contrary she did every stupid thing they asked of her but it (predictably) didn't work and now she's a walking caricature of trans ideology and the gender movement as a whole, but she's a person and not a soyjak some turbonazi-megahitler-gigaincel drew and posted on the ass-end of the internet, she's out there and used to be a near A-lister so the normies remember her. That's why they don't talk about her anymore, and if/when she kills herself all those people who pushed her to do this will breathe a sigh of relief because that monument to their sins is no longer there to besmirch their perfect beautiful new religion.

I can see why pooners would despise Ellen. Not despite that she’s the most visible pooner, but because she is. It’s not much different from black people with Uncle Toms or teenage girls with the ones “not like the other girls.” Only major difference black people and (most) teenage girls accept that they are who they are, which is why they find that behavior cringeworthy. In the pooner’s case, they’re a woman with such fragile identity that seeing Hollywood propping up someone that is You Yet Not, that they want to be yet Not Like That? No wonder they hate her walking around with ab implants while being constantly head patted as “hecking valid DOOD.” It breaks the illusion as much as “misgendering” does because they can’t escape the ugly reality. Amazing it made even that. This seemed more like something that would fit better getting dumped on Netflix than a theatrical release* months before Canadian Thanksgiving or the general holiday season. I don’t think a movie about a pooner homecoming during Thanksgiving isn’t a bad idea, per se. But wide appeal is nonexistent.

*Maybe limited run in indie theaters would work too, since I couldn’t find the number of screens in a quick search. Wouldn’t make a good profit either way. It was always going to be an indie project with limited appeal. And who wants to go out of their way to see “Elliot Page” brooding on a big screen when we have “Elliot Page brooding” at home?

It always surprises me a little, when more of her book, or a new interview is posted, how absolutely dull she is. Nothing interesting to say, boring life, empty personality - all while firmly believing she's so much more knowledgeable and enlightened than the unwashed masses.

I think more than anything else this is why trans or “queers” become so intolerable and dreadfully boring. 90% of their brainpower and conversation is me, my identity, my “queerness”, more about me, me again, how special and unique I am. Tack on some shit about how this all about empowering a community, protecting trans kids, etc…The narcissism is overwhelming.

The one thing humans can agree on is a person who talks about themself endlessly is boring af. Famous and rich people are surrounded by lackies whose main job is to act interested and attentive while rich/famous person talks more about themselves. This reporter is groveling as a fan boy who finds nothing more fascinating than Ellen talking about herself and flattering her to an absurd degree. Maybe that’s what it takes to get her to agree to an interview. She’s certainly not going to accept any push back, mild criticism or be comfortable with anything but her favorite subject - how special she is and why. I’d say Ellen’s last GF left not just because of the pooner shit, but out of boredom.

It’s similar to me how certain people make corporate consumption their identity - Disney, Star Wars, Anime, etc…Empty people with either no intellectual curiosity, or narcissistic tendencies are so powerful they waste any addition brain power to think more about themselves.

Fuck that's a Wakaliwood-level budget, it's less than Plan 9 from outer space. I could have covered 60% of this movie's costs by selling my fishing gear. Ellen's carreer isn't just dead, it's composted.
