I just hope one day either through shitty security and/or disgruntled employee we found out just how much Tim Sweeney has been playing for all the Epic Games exclusives.

Got one today.Did anyone else get a GOG Galaxy invite? I'm curious to compare notes.
So far the only real problem I'm facing is that it's not discovering the install status of Steam games that aren't on the C:// drive. Epic/Uplay work fine tho.Got one today.
So that Tetris PC exclusive is out. Funny thing...it needs Steam VR to be played in VR. Lol.

Epic Store's Tetris Effect and SteamVR [UPDATED]
www.eurogamer.net
Some players are encountering complications with getting the VR working. It turns out that Epic Games Store doesn’t have support for the necessary tools to run VR games. The game requires Steam to launch into VR mode with the HTC Vive, even though it is exclusive to Epic. It does use OpenVR for many other headsets.
The Epic Games Store also doesn’t have the same controller support as Steam. On Valve’s service, you can modify your input on a platform level. Epic doesn’t have anything like that, so you have to rely on developers to offer support. This is especially frustrating because Tetris Effect does not support DualShock 4 on PC, yet.

Not only do you have to use SteamVR (or OpenVR) for Tetris Effect, but it's looking like that will be the case for any VR Titles that EGS signs (unless "express VR support" was added to the Trello).
More criminal than that, though, is you can't use a PS4 controller to play a port of a PS4 game (but you could if it was on Steam).
Epic's Trello page has now pushed its roadmap further back by a month (again, for the 7th time) and that includes any and all updates that were meant to be released back in June, meaning that all June updates are to be scheduled for August, and any subsequent ones in September and beyond.

That shopping cart that was supposed to come in six months back in February? Yeah, there's still a six-month wait for it. Literally nothing's changed in the past two months, and the store has actively hurt itself because of it.Trello
Organize anything, together. Trello is a collaboration tool that organizes your projects into boards. In one glance, know what's being worked on, who's working on what, and where something is in a process.trello.com
And for those wondering why I'm linking to a Reddit conversation and not the Trello/archiving the Trello, it's because you legitimately cannot archive the page anymore (dunno if I'm late on this or not, but every other time I've been able to archive it fine, now all of a sudden, all previous links/currently made ones are broken). Any time you try to archive it, the page just comes out completely blank, and that goes for any and all other roadmaps on Trello's site. Not exactly Epic's fault, but it still makes you wonder why, instead of relying on a site that's shadily trying to keep its users from never properly saving information, they don't just put it up on their own website and showcase their roadmap there like every other company.
I thought all publicity was good publicity, Mr. Sweeny? Surely you'd want to keep your customers informed unlike that big mean ol' Mr. Steamworkseven though they just announced their library update but ignore that. What happened to creating an open and honest market, Tim?
(B-B-But don't worry, a 12% cut is totally sustainable you guys!!!)
Remind me again, why did they shell out money for a VR game when they don't have VR support and have to actually outsource it?From (https://venturebeat.com/2019/07/23/tetris-effect-pc-ultrawide-144hz/)

Tim dude, what the fuck? Stop buying exclusives and give that poor dev team the money so they can actually fix the store. It shouldn't take this long to put in a fucking shopping cartEpic's Trello page has now pushed its roadmap further back by a month (again, for the 7th time) and that includes any and all updates that were meant to be released back in June, meaning that all June updates are to be scheduled for August, and any subsequent ones in September and beyond.

To be fair, SteamVR/OpenVR is technically open source - which is a handy thing to have for Valve to sell VR headsets, just so you can use it on other platforms if you so choose. It isn't crazy to think that the folks over at Epic would leverage that or that Steam would encourage it.
That said, not having PS4 controller support is fucking bananas when you're porting over PS4 games - I don't think anyone in VR uses a keyboard and mouse (it's either a standard controller or a VR controller).
It tried updating a custom patched GOG game I had previously marked to not update automatically when I went into that game's individual settings to see if it stayed on "don't update" (it did). I stopped it in time. No problems with Steam, but I only have one Steam folder (on D).So far the only real problem I'm facing is that it's not discovering the install status of Steam games that aren't on the C:// drive. My primary (and only) steam folder is on D as well, which makes it weird that it didn't read them. Looking at the bug report tracker, it seems like I'm not the only one who found this issue either. It tried updating a custom patched GOG game I had previously marked to not update automatically when I went into that game's individual settings to see if it stayed on "don't update" (it did). Might be nothing, but something to keep an eye concerning certain announcements in the coming months since people in the forums have showed concerns too. https://mwomercs.com/forums/topic/274215-mw5-no-more-steam-release/ https://archive.fo/SpOg9
