I'm a little late, but after the watching the video a few times I'm slightly concerned on where Alex is trying to take Ayano's character.
I get he wanted her to be an empty girl who people would feel pity for after seeing how terrible her life has been up 'till now, but it seriously contradicts the image he was going for. Alex wanted Ayano to be the only one to actually love Senpai in compare with the other rivals, but now it just seems like Ayano doesn't really care about who Senpai truly is, but just wants to be around him because he makes her feel like an actual human being, which sorta kills the entire vibe she was supposed to have, because hence, she's supposed to be a fucking yandere.
Something else that bothered me was the way they tried explaining her emotions. It's clear that the idea Alex & the people who helped wanted Ayano to not be emotionless, rather somebody who could feel emotions but not to a certain level like an average person would.
That is why she would feel pity, frustration, anger and depression (to a certain extent) but never truly happy.
From what i'm getting here, this just seems like an unrealistic case of a girl who can't feel emotions to a certain extent like a normal person, got poisoned with the idea that meeting a man would ''change her life drastically'' and so when it actually happened it fucked her up as a person because she believes it's the only way she'll truly be ''human''.
tl;dr: NONE OF THIS FITS THE YANDERE ROLE ALEX, I get what you're going for, even if you didn't succeed in it entirely, but it's still not the way you're type of game should go for.
