Dr. Now missed to boat on this on. Stephen needs a mental institution, not surgery. Dr Now said he was doing this “pro bono” so hopefully no taxpayer dollars were involved. But I wouldn’t waste resources on this guy; he’s never faced the consequences of his actions-everybody caters to him.

The whole family is toxic. Steve called Dad and made a big scene over wanting a sandwich when he was supposed to be fasting before surgery. Dad, of course, called a delivery service and got him the food.

I’m curious to know how his father turned into such a pussy, doing everything his kids say. Both Justin and Stephen control him.

Justin is supposedly writing a book about what it was like to grow up with an abuser brother. That’s a book I’d like to read, tbh.

Stephen’s mother wouldn’t come for the surgery. They Skyped and they blurred her out. Can’t blame her, if those were my spawn I’d deny it too.

I don't hate Justin, I just thinks he needs a therapist, a dietician, and his own place. The biggiest pet-peeve I have with the man is the fact that he constantly likes to harp on the fact that he's marginally healthier than Steven, something the doctor even called him out on, since the his body fat percentage is technically higher than Steve's, due to Steve's lymphedema. It was fucking glorious.

This is what kind of baffles me. I totally get bringing them back on the show because fuck it's entertaining to watch Dr. Now tell him to fuck off, but I can't fathom why they would preform the surgery. He's shown no progress, he doesn't want to change, and it easily could have killed him.
I haven't watched a ton of shows like this, but I have seen people get rejected for less, and he'll be hard to profit off his antics if he's dead.

What the fuck am I even looking at? That's Steve?

If someone sent me this picture without the context of this being a fat asshole bending iver ( I think...?), I would have guessed it was either one of those novelty side attractions off the highway in the Bible Belt (to me he looks like the world's largest wad of chewed gum), or some wildly obtuse piece at a Los Angeles art show.

What I'm interested in is just what precisely Steven did to Justin when they were younger that makes his brother physically recoil from him. People have been mentioning that Steven probably touched him and I'm willing to bet that's the case. Justin is a stunted manchild like Steven but there's a real level of anger and hatred to how he reacts to his brother. I just wish someone would reveal it already. I'd like to see how far the pityparty extends to Steven then.
