While she wasn't around for Steven, she said a lot of coworkers straight up took vacation time or left because of him. Apparently his behavior was not for thr camera.

While she admitted that a lot of people were made to look worse (her big example was Lisa Fleming, who was made to be obnoxious on camera but apparently was a very pleasant lady), she claims Steven needed no help. If anything, the cameras played it down to hide how many staff members were straight up like "fuck this."

They kept him in the hospital far longer than they would have if he was just some rude dick

There was a scene from one of the episodes where Steven is bashing his father over the phone. It wasn't being recorded for the episode, it was just a conversation his father decided to record with his own phone because of how insane he was acting and the producers decided to include it in the episode. He was the same repulsive asshole he always is when the camera is on him.

I feel bad for the hospital workers who have to deal with him. There is a huge rush in surgeries at the end of the year because people meet their insurance deductibles. On top of that, COVID is happening. Then imagine Steven Assanti is put in your care. Hopefully the coof makes him too tired to act out.

Justin to me is not that bad. He is a little bit aspie and a man child to some extent. But he comes across more as a circumstance of his upbringing and the effects of his environment. He seems to want to change for the better but lacks a lot of the capabilities to do it properly.
