I watched my 600 lbs Life on a plane once and it seems that one super huge chick let herself go so badly (badly enough that driving to the hospital in the back of an suv dislodged a blood clot in her leg and almost killed her) because she was kidnapped and then she was super fucked up afterwards.
Maybe some type of similar trauma happened to this guy and then the temper tantrums he throws when people aren't shoving food down his throat 24/7 made it even worse

259 tablets of Tylenol w/codeine
1,045 tablets of Tramadol
970 tablets of hydrocodone
Who fucking knows how many Dilaudid tablets (can't remember which episode, but Sentient Boulder over here was in the ER and asked for Dilaudid by name, lmao)

That poor son of a bitch father. He seems kind of stupid for prolonging his suffering (probably feels guilty about his wife abandoning his kids, so he doesn't want to abandon them), but he's sacrificed so much for this awful blob who doesn't give a fuck about anyone, only if they're the pizza delivery driver or a nurse with a tasty painkiller injection (even then, he doesn't give a fuck about the nurses either).

I feel so bad for Justin. He has his issues, but he's nothing like his brother. I can definitely relate to living with abusive people, and felt for him when he just wanted to leave the hospital. Even though they could've been put on different floors (maybe?), he still would want to get the fuck out of there.

Steven is literally a 700 pound tumor on his family. It's ultimately up to Justin to turn his life around but I can certainly understand how having a brother like his made him the way he is.

A whole 73 pounds? I guess sending shitty emails to your brother burns calories.

Edit: The 73 pounds article was written in April. He looks much skinnier now but his skin hangs off him like a garbage sack lined with cottage cheese. It also doesn't surprise me he still treats his family like shit.
