She was contacting Chris when he was in jail. It was her family who made her stop (from what we can tell). Their relationship is fucked up.
It's that hick minded codependency crap. "Kin come first" kind of stuff. Barb knows she's got Chris trained to be somewhat capable in taking care of things, even allowing her to berate him, and yeah, the rapes are one kinda thing she has to put up with, but it's a small price to pay for having literally no one that will take care of her.

That's why I firmly believe she pulled out in front of that truck to off herself. With her pet tard gone that shit $1300 a month, to being that woman who's simpleton mong son fucked, might have been the last straw for her. Chris not following through on commanding his followers to give Barb money was something he mentioned he was pissed about, so he probably got yelled at by Barb about money at some point.

Speculation here, but if the priority of an attorney is to seek the best legal outcome for his client, would it not be in Chris' own best interest to be put somewhere where he could be supervised/controlled for the rest of his life? If he is allowed to go free with a slap on the wrist, then would he not just fuck up and land right back in the legal system for some other disgusting/stupid shit? It would seem that Chris should lose some or a great deal of his autonomy permanently for his own sake.

I am not sure what form that would take, but I hope that Chris' lawyer considers the longterm best outcome for Chris instead of just the current situation.

Barb doesn't deserve to be called a tomboy. Tomboys are pure and made for love, they aren't disgusting hillbilly whores that sexually harass their brother in laws.
"These people are creating a terrible problem in our cities. They can’t or won’t hold a job, they flout the law constantly and neglect their children, they drink too much and their moral standards would shame an alley cat. For some reason or other, they absolutely refuse to accommodate themselves to any kind of decent, civilized life." - Anonymous Indianapolitan in 1956 on White Southerners

I bet he assaulted a staff member attempting to handle him during a tardrage
I dunno, Chris seems more the passive aggressive type who‘d try adopting his hedgehog-defence stance and refuse to move or give them the silent treatment.

He seems to only be violent when he thinks they’ll be no retaliation like with the pepper spray, if there’s a couple of big imposing men standing by ready to restrain him I doubt they’ll be any physical outbursts.

This is true, but an attorney is also bound to the wishes of the client. If Chris says "I want to go back to the Sonichu Temple", the attorney must attempt to achieve this, if possible. If it's not possible, he must communicate this to the client and then act in the best purposes of the client within the options available.

If the client refuses to listen, and the client is adjudicated as incompetent, he has more options, but this has to be balanced. If Heilberg has assumed a role as guardian, then he can make more decisions on Chris' behalf. In the USA this sort of scenario has been heavily restricted, but it could still happen.

The chief limitation here is that Chris probably doesn't totally understand what his rights are, despite any instruction he might have received. If he asks for things which are impossible, his attorney can explain that they are impossible and then ignore the requests. If Chris asks for things that are feasible, then his attorney must comply with Chris' requests.

i still can't believe it was really her.
there's just to many hurdles to jump for me to picture this lazy reht'hardt lump forming sentences, let alone writing them down. especially after GFM verified she wasn't putting on an act. he said every time he saw her she was 'out of it'.

I honestly think she has been in contact with Chris, over the phone I think Chris called her and she maybe wrote a letter to him nothing substantial but a letter saying Chris you done fucked up and its now effecting me and the Dogs etc trying to manipulate him is exactly what she would write.

That's why I firmly believe she pulled out in front of that truck to off herself. I think she has passing moments of lucidity, Barb strikes me very much as someone who thinks appearances matter more than they really do so as long as she thinks she looks normal to others that's all that matters even though her life is a chaotic mess, she's down her helper monkey, he's already an embarrassment who's now known not just locally but internationally as the person who molested her, the end of her life has been a shit show and she has nothing to show for it - that's going to hit anyone hard so I can see her wanting to kill herself but I can't see her making the attempt she's to up her own arse to go through with it but will threaten it as a way of manipulating others.

I personally think she was just a dodder old biddy who shouldn't have been behind the wheel in the first place had a moment and crashed her car.

I think that's what they are trying to do, Chris is the poster child of mismanagement by Family, Education, Legal and Medical proffessions so they are trying to finally find a way of dealing with him in the long term as a hopeless case.

*your name*
*RAAAAAAAAAAALPH!*
Imagine making it all the way to the US Congress and yet the first thing that you're known for will be being the lawyer who defended the mother fucker of Virgina back when he was a simple pepper sprayer.
He is a state representative, which is how he pushed a state law.
