Early? He's 40.Chris' mid life crisis came early.
I was always under the impression that when you're in your 50s, that's mid life.Early? He's 40.
Ughh! God damn narcs. So Chris has likely ended up "committed and forced to take meds that will make him into a zombie?"
Considering his lifestyle, his midlife was ten years ago.I was always under the impression that when you're in your 50s, that's mid life.
Patience is a virtue.Ughh! God damn narcs.
No really!
If Chris comes out of this a stoned normie, someone's going to have to don the damn clown shirt.
I can see Chris stashing away pills...Patience is a virtue.
You really think Chris is going to keep taking the pills to remain normal if it comes to it?
Is anyone ever truly allowed to be themselves?Patience is a virtue.

Shitty. How is intake at mental hospitals nowadays?
My only experience is movies and tv shows where such places are staffed with surly individuals with little patience, an instinct to forcefully make a patient comply and a not-too-gentle approach to cavity searches.
I know Chris throws tantrums in order to make himself a hassle to deal with, but isn't his usual response to real stress to just shut down and curl into a ball? Or has something changed?
This all could have been avoided if he just let the state do that to Chris when they first offered. So Chris has likely ended up "committed and forced to take meds that will make him into a zombie?"
Not only is it a self-fulfilling prophecy, but Bob's rolling in his grave... Well, even more.
I really don't want to say this but it's possible Chris got transferred because he was going to off himself.
He's confined away from the general pop, so unless he got violent with the guards (probably not likely cuz they're packing more than just pepper spray) he may have had a really bad mental breakdown after finding out he'd be spending another 6 months in prison.
Just... Let's probably not be looking for him anytime soon to send a letter to anyone.
Oh yeah.Tbh Chris being committed to a psychiatric facility is probably for the best. I don't doubt he's too crazy to participate in his own defense.
So what are the odds Chris' face being torn off by a dangerous inmate? Or can the state hospital do the same with him as jail: put Chris in isolation/protective wing?Shitty.
Never done inpatient but if you have seen the layout, they fucking suck. The food is dogshit, they play bingo with your meds hoping something will work and don't separate dangerous from non dangerous at first.
From my understanding, Chris was entering a 6 month continuance, in which is standard in the state of VA, if an inmate is incompetent to stand trial, the have to go to a state hospital for the duration of those six months, in which I assume Heilberg was planning for. Given that the state hospital has strict rules for correspondence, I expect we wouldn't hear from Chris until July 28.
I wonder if Barb knows? It's well known how much Borb's nightmare scenario was to put Chris into a state hospital, which they mistook for a special needs school. Now that it's reality, Barb would be going "shit, I spent my old adult life trying to mainstream Chris away from this. Why did I let himUnless the hospital believes Chris isn't healthy or stable enough to be released, in which case it could be substantially longer. If Chris fights treatment and refuses to take his medications as directed, he will be in for a miserable time.
He actively fucked over his first hearing by pissing off everyone else in the room, I doubt Heilberg didn't feel like telling him to shut up at least with his behaviour!Tbh Chris being committed to a psychiatric facility is probably for the best. I don't doubt he's too crazy to participate in his own defense.
Odds are they don't let these inmates hang around the place, they would be a danger to the staff and others, not to mention the inmates themselves. Chris pissing off the others or just being an annoyance in general is to be expected, however! So what are the odds Chris' face being torn off by a dangerous inmate? Or can the state hospital do the same with him as jail: put Chris in isolation/protective wing?
