In a tard home for people like Chris (post-release), however, you're not incapacitated, just retarded. If you want to have sex you can, but that might violate house rules, and get you kicked out. If you go somewhere else for sex, it's no problem, but you might have to do it in the daytime if there's a curfew in the house rules.

All of this is unimportant though as there's basically zero chance of Chris getting laid using his own charms at this point. Go-Bots would make more sense given they were the cheaper option between the two lines from what I know - Go-Bots as a competing brand had long since been dead before I came around so I've never seen them in stores.

This is the first I'm hearing of Go-Bots in association with Chris, though, since he was raised by television and the Transformers cartoon was far, far more prevalent than Challenge of the Go-Bots. I'd love to know where they surfaced in Christory if you can find that information.

I haven't heard of the Go-Bot thing either, all CWCki references I've read say Transformers. I was a kid during the 80s, and Go-Bots were basically second-rate Transformers, they were about the size of two or three Hot Wheels cars and had fewer moving parts. They were also cheaper. There were a couple no name knockoff brands too.

As for FAS, there's a thread on the main lolcow forum on a guy who calls himself Cyrax (can't remember his deadname atm) who almost definitely has it, and also some moderate ID, but probably NOT autism. You can poke through that thread for a good primer on how FAS tards can act. I have to agree that Chris likely has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Barb drank like a fish, in fact she met Bob at a bar, and I fucking guarantee you that she drank while preggers. I've read of FAS people who are stuck in mid childhood mentally, like a 45 year old woman who plays with dolls all day.

Personally I think Chris seems to have a mishmash of symptoms from various tard diagnoses, but I'd have to say that the main ones are moderate intellectual impairment and FAS. (Severe ID is where somebody sits in a wheelchair and drools all day.) I'd say that his IQ is likely well under the threshold for intellectual retardation. (The Murikan IQ scale goes from 50 to 150, and below 75 indicates ID.)

He's been evaluated for the first time since childhood while in the slammer, and it's likely we will never know exactly what the pdocs said due to a Murikan law called HIPAA which outlaws pretty much ALL sharing of patient data unless absolutely necessary among the docs. HIPAA is so strict that tards in a pdoc's waiting room can't talk to each other about their diagnoses. Anybody caught leaking Chris's data would go to prison for quite a long time.

It's possible that Chris has been forbidden from writing letters in part so he doesn't sperg his diagnoses in them, and from there to the Farms. The state of Virginia is obviously trying to keep Chris away from us, thus all the cloak-and-dagger about where he was moved, disposition of the case, etc. HIPAA is a convenient excuse for radiosilence in the part of VA. Honestly, it's not such a bad idea.

It may be true that some psychiatrists and psychologists have a policy banning their patients from discussing their own diagnoses in the waiting room. But that is not a provision of HIPAA and has nothing to do with HIPAA. By no means does HIPAA restrict the right of individuals to discuss their own medical issues among themselves.

HIPAA has no impact on an individual's right to disclose anything he or she wants about his or her own diagnosis, treatment, or any other medical matter. HIPAA relates to sharing of confidential information by people OTHER THAN the patient.
