WTF he actually looks like he got fatter in prison

How??
That picture is from his intake. Given that Chris has been stuffing his face with ramen while in prison in addition to his normal meals I'd assume that he's probably at the same weight or maybe slightly less since he can't go to Mcdonald's anymore.

Since I can't quote this one person I'll just say this, the reason they sent him to a state hospital to make him "competent" to stand trial but not help him as a patient in any way is a level of incompetence on society part I was as of yet unaware.

The system failed him and they're equally to blame for how he turned out as his parents.

So, do we know if he HAS been sent to a psych lock-up?

Hospital, not lock-up.

If he were sent to a different jail or prison, the transfer notice would say that. However, medical privacy laws (HIPAA) make it illegal to say he was transferred to a hospital, so the transfer notice doesn't say where he was transferred to. And since it says nothing, that's how we know he was transferred to a hospital, which only goes to show how useless HIPAA can be in the real world.

The system failed him and they're equally to blame for how he turned out as his parents.

On the contrary, Chris failed the system, and he is solely to blame for how he turned out. Borb's other children didn't turn out like Chris.

Oh boy, now he can leave his unmovable stench in a hospital now, lucky them. Seriously though, is this because he had a autsitic fit or is moving around holding areas a regular process due to law and jail fullness complications? I suspect Chris has been on (somewhat) good behaviour so I don’t think it’s because he acted out? What do people here reckon is the reason?

Well this sure explains a fucking lot, but the autism I keep repressed and channel solely into my obsession with CWC is demanding clarity on the sequence of events.
As far as I'm concerned, the great radio silence saga started on the day of the hearing, and in this 25 day block, we have the hearing, Valentine's Day, Christian Love Day, (potentially) Chris going catatonic, (potentially) Chris going psychotic, someone initiating the transfer, the transfer itself, and the transfer being posted.
Only question is where all of these events took place. As has been mentioned, the system could have been backlogged for months, and maybe they've been trying to get Chris into a hospital since, say, he got blocked from using the jail's basketball court, or any other number of things, but I'm putting my money on a full-fledged tard-out.
Still, I doubt that holds a candle to how Chris is behaving now.

There's always the inverse option, that the transfer was started, and he was given the 6 month continuance as appears to be standard operating procedure for those unfit to stand trial, but personally I find this a little boring. It just seems impossibly unlikely there wasn't a tard rage involved at some point.

soda ramen
I am vomit

He's been sent to a hospital for self help but still somewhere in Chris's mind he did nothing wrong and thats not actually a hospital but a gateway to some corner of his his world in mobius and also all of his waifu's will be there with God to wed them.

Edit: also the stripes on his uniform are jarring. I wish they matched up with one another

He's probably in a state hospital. When someone is declared incompetent to stand trial, that is where they normally go. State hospitals don't have many civil commitment cases anymore but they still exist for this purpose, as well as for short-term holds (which is what they do mostly these days).
Ssssh, you'll get weens trying to get themselves put on short-term hold so they can get in and troll Chris.

I had posted some time back on a Law and Order SVU episode involving a slow in the mind committing a crime, and at the end said slow in the mind was sentenced to a mental hospital, and at the end the guy was freaking out. I wonder if Chris would act the same way? Keep in mind, Borb instilled in Chris why they had to mainstream him instead of sending him to an "institution", something that Chris has talked about in the past. After being told that for so many years, and it's now happening, I would feel that Chris is tarding out so hard right now. I also posted before that Heilberg may have discussed the possibility of this happening with Chris. But Chris, as usual, didn't register it.
If anyone is interested the episode is called "The Third Guy" It's Season 1 Episode 16 of Law & Order SVU and it's a pretty much the same as Chris case in some manners.

Speaking of the photo, he looks awfully happy, with that same oblivious unknowing grin he seems to wear anytime what's happening to him is beyond his comprehension.
I wonder if he understood he wasn't being transferred out of jail?

You know looking at the two I think it's the same picture as the one 7 months ago.

I wonder if Chris is still uncomfortable around loud noises? He's in for a rude awakening.
it'll be some good exposure therapy... though to my knowledge most modern mental facilities have thick enough walls or isolate the screamers. hard to be peachy keen when becky down the hall is slitting her wrists and screeching in tongues
