An industry standard software in the early '00s that I could see PVCC trying to teach Chris is AutoCAD.

You’d think the doctors etc would only be concerned with getting him functional enough to assist in his hearing. If he can do that and still keep his cope, let him keep it. Taking it away could make him worse, which would inhibit his ability to assist in his defense. As fun as it is to imagine a team of specialists doping the Sonichu out of Chris, there’s just no reason to do it and at least one reason not to. The scenario in which he’s being trained for the hearing seems much more likely.
