Tbh I doubt any freeloaders are paid hourly or even daily. I'd venture it's more like: you do 2 weeks, we pay you x. If you quit beforehand we take back the money in proportion to the length of the contract.
I'd still think it would make sense to kick her out now and find someone else that might actually earn them money or make the show more interesting. But who knows, maybe they're keeping her as a buffer to kick during an elimination challenge so they don't have to get rid of one of the fish.
