The youtube stream has real time interpretation captions. They also speak English half the time. Mexijet speaks English to the audience when he addresses the camera and normally speaks in English.
ya theres also a scottish dude in there now as well

This thread has never been ideal to keep up with the action. It's also really bad for getting up to date.
Especially for the last season. There were very little effort posts about it at all and there are way too many upvoted shitposts for the highlight function to work properly. I think the only good reason for an offshoot thread would be one that's updates/recaps only.
I'll admit most of my posts tend to be on the shitpost side or just commentary, but I feel like Season 4 there was very little to actually "update" throughout the day.

The entire season felt low effort and the posts here reflected that. You'd have Freddy doing Freddy shit, Arye rambling about some inane cartoon or internet thing, Wrench may flip out on someone or lay around, Rachel yapping, Ellie doing nothing, Angie shit talking, Daniel sperging, Seth doing nothing, Jerry wildin' out. The dynamic or day to day changed very little, funny enough maybe the most important tone shift was maybe Angelina leaving, where everyone became more "chill" because there wasn't a antagonist in the house, so as a result we just had dry spells of.. laying around and talking. Until we had Bam and Ricky for a few days before the entire thing imploded on itself.

The classic problem of creating a clear singular antagonist, having the fish bond in their hatred of them, then kicking the antagonist out or letting them walk. Effectively one big mega alliance has been created, at which point severing ties with it paints you as the next target. Thank God production has the sense to keep Letty in season one.

I liked the season, but I do agree with most of your post. And I'm obviously not an effort poster myself, so I hope you didn't take it as personal critique. I think the thread is very fun overall.
While a season is happening it's maybe not so much about big recap posts, but more about small updates. As in "currently X challenge is happening".
There are a lot of post that read more like "omg someone just said something insane" or "Aryhe is crashing out" without giving any context. I'm happy for anything I get when I can't watch life, but sometimes it would be nice if people would elaborate a bit more. I personally don't necessarily need screencaps or clips for every update.

My main point is that in the off season this thread usually devolves into circular arguments anyway, and if it's supposed to be a informative thread about past fishtank seasons a newby could read up on, that objective has already been failed.

S4 was way funnier at day 3, but even still ConGREGated is pretty cool and good for a few chuckles.

The problem is that clear antagonists are generally also disliked by the Audience because they're mean to their favorites. So since Fishtank eliminations have been pretty pay to win for at least the last two seasons, the paypigs eliminate them.

I got recommended this video on yt and the guy in it hits literally every Burt mannerism.
Did he have a Second Life? Even if this isn't him I feel like he had one.
Daniel? His DNSL Games were the part of the origin of fishtank alongside Ice Poseidon's prison streams, the entire concept of sharks and fishtoys were lifted from investors and hits. The reason you were recommended it is because Luke was the artist for Daniel and did some of his merch and Daniel is a long time fan of Fishtank since season 1.

(here I was bored and a fuck you to the other thread)
ConGREGated

ConGREGated is a content streaming spectacle directed by Greg of Season 2 Fishtank fame (also Mr. Beast!) and produced by Frank Hassle. The idea being rather than attempting the emulate the more social game aspect of a reality show like Fishtank, Greg stated that it would be a more content driven stream, where our contestants compete together for one week for the grand prize of $500! (possibly more..) Our contestants consist of Trish (Season 2, Fishtank), Eddy (Blacksmith, Bloodgames), Leah (Blacksmith's Wife, Bloodgames), and Zake (Streamstars). All of them are at the very mercy of Bugs Baron, a man who constantly presents obstacles for our 4 to compete with each other!.. or for his own amusement..

conGREGated much like Greg's mission statement is what I'd consider more of a "content" driven show, by that I mean is there are frequent challenges presented all throughout the day and night. Even during the more down time moments, there's options on the stream to buy the contestants edibles, force them to sing a song, or get a creampie to the face (Trish's favorite). The challenges vary from either roleplay, skits, games of Twister, karaoke, dancing, making disgusting drinks, Kung Fu fighting, lifting weights, breaking furniture, and Frank Hassling. A show more centered on our cast acting out or messed with for our amusement.

Unlike Fishtank it runs on more of a "stream goal" format, with every one thousand (1k) they make through TTS, SFX, treats or pranks, the production will either sometimes shift the dynamic of the show (one that changed since it started was our cast needs to horde bananas, so every banana they get allows them to achieve a different prize at the end), add a extra challenge or produce larger scale bits.

Also available under Skitzy_VA on either Twitch or Kick!

For those who don't know what happened, here's a Kino Casino recap of why Ethan Ralph got kicked out of El Estanque.

Trish sucks so bad at challenges but she is sure as hell carrying in creampies.
Must be her oriental ethnicity.
And yet she made it so much farther in season 2.

And a new challenges approaches! Greg (NOT Bugs Baron) has given the contestants body paint.
