If you're the kind of person to buy a FNAF shirt, I doubt you care (or are capable of recognizing, probably more likely) what society thinks of you. It's kind of saying that you've given up.I'm still wondering where anyone would wear those FNAF shirts to in polite society? Now fandoms like Mario or Zelda are relatively mainstream, and even then clothing featuring those fans aren't super commonly worn outside of nerdy conventions. FNAF has only been around for a year and its fandom I think is mainly found on the internet. In my experience, the only FNAF fans I've met IRL were at an anime convention.
Otherwise expect regular people seeing shirts with furry animatronics or purple men on them and not knowing what the hell they are or what they mean. They might even think it's a weird artsy shirt from Threadless or something. That's probably for the better.
